Grand Central Station??

As I was standing in Grand Central Station looking up at this clock, I SNAPPED and thought .... This is NOT Grand Central Station.  Scroll down to see where I found the clock

This is the assisted living facility my Uncle lives in. They have several screened courtyards and can enjoy the outdoors and be protected indoors. The view in the left block is the living area and to the back the cafe. The grand piano is right by the door where I sign in.

There is something missing... I stepped in to the foyer with the below view and there was no one in sight, NO ONE, no staff and no residents. It was 9:45 on a Sunday morning...  if i were stronger I could have carried off the piano.... or the clock?

My Uncle is in the  memory unit there. I think I may need to join him soon.  I glanced down at my grocery list and burst into laughter..... I written at the top of the list...........

Olive all
(Bob said I wrote it like I SAY it)

You no the kind you that comes in a bottle and you can cook with or pore on your salad..
All together now just say to me
Bless your heart....

Good morning, Sandra! Your uncle is in a pretty place. I will need the memory unit some day. I just hope it is not too soon. Sounds like you have an ipad with auto correct for the spelling. Yes, I am saying bless your heart!

Happy Monday, enjoy your new week!

"Bless your heart!" Remember, I'm an original southerner and that phrase doesn't always mean what it seems to mean to those who aren't-southern, that is.

Best,
Bonnie

Oh, thank you for starting my day off with laughter...and I will say I am laughing with you, not at you cause I do the same thing. Next time I will try to take a note, and at least tell you what I write.

With the BIG 60 looming for me on Sunday I can so relate to this post. Even now I find myself doing things quite similar to this. You always know how to make me smile.
