Red Silk Cotton tree. This tree is behind our Publix store and is immense. if you look at the trunk by the stop sign you can see how big it is.
We thought our Oak tree had died. In 27 years in this house, the tree never lost it's leaves. each spring the new growth pushed off the old. This year we saw the trunk, which we had never seen.

Feb 25, not a leaf remained and I fretted and fretted. last year 1200 to remove a big tree and the year before 1000 to remove one. |

That must have been so good to see the tree come alive again.
That coral tree is amazing as is your oak! Must hav been a relief to see the little leaves!
It's really nice to see the trees bloom and have the scenery be greener again. Love the red silk cotton tree as well. The red blooms really do stand out.

I'm glad your oak has survived. That last shot- cool tree!
so, so neat. that first one is WOW!
I hate to see an old tree being taken down unless it is totally dead.Looks like there is still some life here.
That first tree is very impressive. It almost looks like more than one tree that twisted around each other to make one.
Glad you didn't have to have another tree removed. It's looking very happy and healthy now
What a beautiful collection of trees!! Happy t see your tree bloomed, it's ridiculous how much they charge to remove trees!
I just love these amazing trees. So happy yours is ok.
We have 3 pretty trees at the entrance to our street and I thought they were dead BUT just today, we noticed new growth.
