the wildflowers had a second burst of blooms. woo hoo |
Bob and I were eating lunch, staring out the door at the pool and all the hot, brilliant sunshine. Big fat Drops of Rain started to fall in the pool, Splat! Splat! Splat! they were almost as big as a pencil eraser. We discussed the beauty of the sun sparkling in the huge rain drops, and the fact we had never seen any raindrops that big and they looked like big diamond drops. We blathered on about how fun it is to live in Florida where the rain pours while the Sun is Shining.... After lunch, we went out with Jake and what to our wondering eyes did appear???
Our 2 towels and both bathing suits from our YMCA swim, hanging in the sun to dry, Wet Once More!!! How could we both have a senior moment at the same time? I tossed the towels in the dryer and hung the suits in the shower and once again we await Senior Moments to Descend on us.

Rain and sun seem to be interchanging here as well. But not as extreme as in Florida of course. Hang in there :)
We haven't had rain in forever. It was forecasted the other day and the sky looked like it was ready but it never came.
It's nice that you two can do things together even if it is your senior moments...lol
Senior moments around here are frequent...Mom says to dad remind me later to do thus and so. He reminds he then. Mom writes notes then forgets to look at the notes.
We love your Queen of the night what a treasure it is
Hugs Madi and mom
It is nice to see rain with the sun shinning. Happy to see your flowers come back again!
Rosy says THANK YOU for the birthday card and I say teeheehee, I've had moments like that too!!
Yay for a second round of wildflower blooms!

Now that's a good one!
I love that little bouquet of wildflowers.
I have those kind of senior moments. Nice to know I am not alone ;)
Pretty vase of flowers, love the color combo.
Whenever I visit my Sister in FL, it truly amazes me as to how the sky just opens up while the sun is out. Senior moments are a regular thing even when you're not a "senior"...it's called relaxation, Sandra...:)JP
