If someone parked 4 of these in your front yard, what would you do? You can see what I did. I mean I was standing on my front porch with my camera. What Else Could I do?
I did not get a photo of the GIANT Bulldozer, it was HUGE... you will never guess what they did with it....
All morning these 3 guys had been filling up the holes you saw in a prior post. They carefull raked the dirt . I heard a LOUD noise and went running camera in hand, louder than any other. There came the bulldozer carrying a small thing to Tamp down dirt, or pot holes. It looked like a large Great Dane with a puppy hanging from its mouth. it rumbled down the road, the tamper thingy was swinging back and forth and I was shrieking BOB come see this thing...

Other people would be annoyed but YOU find the FUN in everything! If more people did that - this world would be a better place!
Keep snapping! We love you for it!

Oh, you know I'd be out there too!!! YAM xx (been busy with visitors - but been reading. Love the header tweak.)
I wouldn't fancy that outside my house, especially all the mud and dirt getting trod in.

But of course you would grab your camera. I probably would have done the same. For me the worst part about having something like that right in front of my house would be be that Gibbs would bark non stop.
good morning sandra,
i second linda's comment. you never fail to amaze me my friend!
keep snapping!
enjoy your day.
Hello,
I think the noise would be distracting. I can picture you out there snapping away! Wishing you a happy day!
I would probably be like you...I had a boyfriend once that was going to teach me to run a back hoe. I should have pursued it...that was when I was young and stupid.
It's always best to stay positive in these situations. Snap away Sandra and have a good day!
Oh MS a large Great Dane with a puppy in it's mouth...my mind's eye loved that very descriptive sentence.
Did your driveway survive?
Hugs Cecilia
PS of course you grabbed your camera just like I would have done...everything is a potential story.
'' large Great Dane with a puppy hanging out of it's mouth'. Now that is my kind of imagination!! :-)) I also would go get the camera. This doesn't happen every day, or at least we hope not .LOL
Will we be seeing a picture of it? What did bob say? I'll tell you what I would be doing if these were in my yard. Trying to calm Phil down as he was all upset about the grass being ruined.
I imagine I would be annoyed by all the noise. The way our house is situated only the front two bedrooms have a view of the street so I never see what's going on out in front!
I remember not being too thrilled when I saw construction in front of our house and they dug up our yard because the people across from us where having gas installed. They smoothed everything over but clover grew along with the weeds in the grass, then the rabbits came, then I got my camera :) You took great photos Sandra. The third photo down with the frame of branches is my favorite. And if I haven't mentioned it before I love your header.
Sandra, you sure have a way with words...I just love your descriptions.
You turn a loud, inconvenient action into a serial...to be continued....
I can't wait. (:0)
Love what you've done (Fancy Focus?) with the next to last slide! Me? I'd be sorely tempted to get in one and take it for a spin around the block. Do you ever wonder how someone is taught to operate those thingies; and do they have to take a driving test before they're let loose? (Ya, my mind works in weird ways.)
That's a lot of excitement for your front yard!
How cool!! It's going to be a fun year!!
What else could you do but take pictures? I would have as well.
Okay if this happened to me - I would have a nervous breakdown with the noise!
Great blog and photo opportunity when action comes to your front door.
