Shadow Shots not village

This home is a few blocks from us, 12 to be exact. I love both palm trees and the shadows they cast..

since there is not much to say about these photos, I will share example of my Mad Catastrophizer .

I had noticed Bob was having problems with his vision, he refused to go to eye doctor, two weeks ago it got worse. He would say what is that? and I would answer it is a rabbit. That was while we walked Big.  I caught him standing 2 feet in front of the TV trying to read what it said. During a movie he said who is that? What is that?

I had  him walking with a cane with a white tip and holding the harness of a seeing eye dog, by the time this past week he finally said " I need to go to the eye doctor, I just can't see" we waited a week for the appt and I spent nights and days catastrophizing.

It is a pleasant surprise that it is only scar tissue from his cataract surgery 2 years ago.. A few zaps with the YAG laser and he will be as good as new. I had that done 3 years ago and it took 60 seconds per eye and I walked out seeing perfectly. YAY!  I don't understand since the same thing happened to me 3 years ago, why did I not think of that before I catastrophized. Now that I typed that I am thinking I may have Dementia....😂🤣

That scary. I can SEE why you had fears.

Those palm trees are awesome as are the shadows.
You probably didn't think of the scar tissue because it was such an easy fix that it slipped your mind. If it had been something a little more tramatic I'm sure you would have remembered it.

Interesting shadows of the palms on the wall of the house. I bet the resident didn't think that the trees would grow so big when they were planted near to the house. Glad that there was an answer to Bob's eye problem that can be fixed.

Hello,

I love the palm trees and the shadows. I am happy their was an easy solution to Bob's vision problem. It would be nice to find a way to overthink things and worry too much! Wishing you a happy day!

The sooner it is done, the better.

Those shadows are sooooo cool!
I'm glad Bob's vision is a relatively-simple fix. You know, I never appreciated my eyesight until it's become a challenge. Can't wait until my doc gives me the green light for cataract surgery.

Love the shadow shots.
I'm glad that it is an easy fix for Bob. Mark has put of getting testing again for a hearing aid. The first one did nothing at all. He still hasn't made an appointment. MEN!

WOW it only took that white tipped cane to convince Bob to go and see the eye doctor! Glad the problem was diagnosed and corrected. Now, you have me wondering about the cataract surgery I had 6 months ago. But at least now I will know if anything does happen in a few years. i agree, Sandra, that the palm tree shadows are very interesting.
