The house was not the most colorful in the village, but the yard was full of art.. Even the vintage washer was painted.

In the first picture, I noticed the old washer from afar, painted pink. And the big porch is like a huge sun room! I love the dinosaurs! The tree in the front yard is really pretty, too. I do NOT want this series to end!!

I'm wondering why the one window is closed off. The enclosed in porch is great. I just can't get excited about the yard art ... this time it's a sight for 'saur eyes.

Yep, dino-mite and Anni's comment about sight for saur eyes cracked me up too.
Curious though why dinosaurs when the sign says qilt fabric. An odd combination.

that house colour is almost exactly what my cottage was in OZ! the colour came in the garden there too - though more with flowers and leaves than metal sculptures. Like Ann, I wondered about the connection with quilt fabric - but then again, it made us stop and look (or you, more specifically!) YAM xx

Some sculptures in the yard would certainly attract attention! The sign about quilts would invite you to go inside and see what's going on there. I like the enclosed porch although the palm tree looks very close to the building. I've been reading on another blog that palms need a lot of attention and pruning. (Thinking of you and the hard work looking after the trees in your yard).

I know your focus was on the dinosaurs, but I love that old painted washing machine. There would have been a time that I would have done exactly that.

I just spent time catching up on previous posts about these artist houses and they are all quite amazing. The dinosaurs in this one would have made me smile too and wonder HOW did they do that as well.

Love the house and I love their yard decorations. We had a washing machine like that in our basement growing up but we also had regular modern ones too! My grandmother would stay in the summer and enjoyed using it.
