Dan's Halloween

My son sent me pics of his Halloween Horror House for 2019, Click Here for 2017 and 2018. Each year he makes it bigger and better at the Clearwater Yacht Club. He starts from scratch each year and then tears it down and starts planning for the next year. Lots of photos. to see the details click on the photo for slide show.

not dreamcatchers but nightmare catchers. He created these himself

stained it to make it scary

creates and paints all the signs himself

Wow! The thing that impresses me the most is the skeleton with the palms. It's hands are wings, it is just an amazing creation! He is very artistic, like you. Who would have guessed the creepy images behind those blue eyes.

Wow, he's really good at that stuff. The nighmare catcher is impressive. I really like that.

How super are these?! Wow, methinks Dan belongs in Hollywood, working for a movie studio. The 'nightmare catcher' is such a novel idea … and the stained skull … oh my! Of course, my favorite is the selfie with the boats behind him - like a Chamber of Commerce advertisement. :)

Oh my goodness.. Too scary but what masterpieces he creates.
By the way...he's one handsome guy too.
We had a total of 22 trick or treaters at our house last night. It gets less and less each year.
The neighborhood is aging out. Kind of sad.
Lots of cute costumes and no goulish ones this year.
One little guy about 18 months old really wanted to come in and keep me company...His Mom and Dad had a hard time getting him to move one. His sister was so antsy and wanted to get more candy.
At least the weather was perfect.

Oh my, he did a awesome job! My brother in law in Chicago goes all out on the outside of his house each year. Making a House of Horror is really dedication!
