Ryobi, in the house

Bob has bounced back from his surgery and the mysterious virus he had. We went to Home Depot to buy this Ryobi Weed Whacker that was on sale for $99.00... when we checked out the total was $148.00... String, Gloves, and Fuel with oil in it.. Yowsa! But it was worth it... it had been 4 months since he edged the grass at the street.

He also used the Ryobi to cut the wild pothos in the back yard and wore no shirt with his shorts, the string threw the pothos juice all over chest and arms and legs and he has a beautiful RED RASH that matches the Ryobi.

Not only is there a Ryobi in the house there is also a DUMB BUNNY! Sorry NO PHOTO of the Bunny.

I am just thankful he is now able to  fight against encroaching weeds and vines.

I searched for Weed Puns.... I found one for you.

Funny cartoon! I ADORE your green St. Patrick's header!! Artistic and so pretty! And it has Florida! Is Bob putting anything on his rash? Does it sting or itch?

I'm so glad he's feeling better! The weed whacker sounds like a great tool if one is careful.

Hello

I hope Bob recovers from the rash quickly. I would be covered up working out in our yard. Love the thistle pun. Enjoy your day!

Oh no. I would like to say that at least he's probably learned his lesson but I bet you any money he would go out there shirtless and do it again...lol At least we all know now that the pothos juice will cause a rash.
Love the pun.

That cartoon is so funny! Tell him to take it easy....if he will! Don't want him getting sick again. Hugs to you both!

Spring is in the air … and so, unfortunately, the weeds. Glad to hear Bob's feeling lots better!
Can't recall the brand of weed whacker Tom has, but I hate (using it) it with a purple passion. Dang thing weighs a ton. Those black/white gloves look mighty fetching. :)

I won't say a word about hard headed men...but the weed pun is funny.

Sorry about Bob and his rash. He's probably looking forward to all kinds of fun with his Ryobi this summer. Thank you for your kind and encouraging words.

Hi Sandra, I'm glad Bob is over his virus. I have had the worst flu over the past two weeks. Worked in between so it took longer to go away. I am finally better and catching up on several chores.

HaHa...love the pun.
We spent some time in our backyard yesterday. It was so pretty and warm.
I weeded some and we cut back some sucker limbs on our trees. It felt good to be out there.
Today it's raining and chilly...so it's a good thing we got things done yesterday.
Poor Bob...there's always something...he attracts "things".
Glad you got a new wacker etc. Next time I hope he wears a shirt for protection..(:0)
Sticking close to home. got some supplies to keep us going for a week or two. Not hoarding but if we can't go places I know we can still eat, sleep and be comfortable. Bought 2 new books at the thrift store so I'm a happy camper.
