He is Risen! Happy Easter

I hope your day will be a happy one, and a blessed one and that all of you stay home and safe. In my 75 years on this planet I have never seen our churches closed on Sundays for any reason at all.

There are thousands of services on line, this is an article from The Orlando Sentinel with links to different services or check Facebook or your favorite social media to find local services.

I absolutely love the Easter art you created! I am watching your bunny hop now. You have it all, both beautiful and cute.

What will you be doing today? Our church has two services and communion via Zoom. Well, I know you can't even go out to eat, will you watch a service? I bet B.B. would love an Easter egg hunt!

Where my daughter lives (and she is participating)...there is a 300 car parade ... it is my understanding each car's radio will be tuned into a certain channel for a memorial service. With Windows open this will be a super sunrise service.

Nor I Sandra (regarding churches).
Easter is a time of rebirth...I hope and pray everyone reflects in their own individual ways and we come out on the other side of all of this better citizens of the world.

Hi Sandra, yes, this is another world we live in. I have never seen churches closed on a Sunday. We also have all the services available online here in SA. I'm glad you and Big can still get out for walks. The earth is regenerating itself without the human abuse. My son said he saw a Crowned Eagle on the Freeway today. And this Easter will be the first time in 70 years that SA doesn't have carnage on the roads. Or burning trucks at our Toll gates! Be safe my friend. xx

It is a strange Easter, isn't it? I miss seeing the grandkids all dressed in their Easter finery heading for church and brunch afterwards.
Blessings to you and stay safe- xo Diana

Happy Easter, my friend! These happy graphics make me smile all over!
'Just came back (down the hall) from church services. 'Have been readying our interior bathroom with storm PPE and trying (unsuccessfully) not to fret. Methinks this is going to be the longest Easter Sunday ever.

I've been to church this morning via online.
It was still very powerful but I do miss being together like minded people.
We enjoyed a family get together via ZOOM last night. It was so much fun to chat and have a laugh or two, too.
Dave and I will take a nice walk around our neighborhood and eat dinner in a while.
Thinking about you today and wishing a healthy and safe Easter to you and Bob.

It is a different Easter, but the important part is still the same. Christ has risen.

Your Easter pictures are beautiful, creative and entertaining. Happy Easter season Sandra. We had a quiet day of reflection, watched church prayers and church leaders messages on the television and connected with the family via the telephone.
