More Houses Same Street

It all started in 2020, Investors started buying homes, remodel and resell, they used bright colors and this made others paint their houses.
Some just painted, others remodeled. the green and blue house remodeled.
this part of the street we would live on except we can't afford it.

The home below I would live in and is my pick of all the houses. Which would you pick? Or is your answer none of these?  Bob hates the color and the house. Go Figure

You and I think alike. YEs, this green one is my favorite too! Except for one thing; it does not have a porch. In that case, I like the white one with the red Spanish tiles. It is cute and has some kind of enclosed porch. But I would paint it one of the colors of the others.

Hello,
They are all nice houses. I do like the last green one. It is really cute.
Have a happy day!

The smaller yellow-painted one caught my eye - it is not dissimilar to the home I had in Sydney... then again, prior to that, I lived in a 'Californian Bungalow' which was styled like the blue one in the grouping above the haciendas group, but in brick - but I'd not say no to this one! YAM xx

The one you picked,I love the light, bright, key lime green!!!! But I'd probably pick the red 'adobe' look.

I would take the one with the weapon around porch, or the blue one in that second collage...just because of the porches.

I do like the green and blue in the first picture but I don't really care for the colors. If I had to pick a favorite I think it would be the two story yellow in the 3rd collage.

We would go for anything with lots of trees and the minimum of concrete and gravel. Some of our moss rose seeds have struck - they are really tiny seedlings. We had hoped they would be like glistretha (the wild purslane) and be big and vigorous from the get go. xxx Mr T

Me? I'd go for the one on the far right, 3rd collage from the top. Probably too much square footage for my taste, but I'd be spending all my time on that front porch.
This is such a great idea; now I want to do the same.

I have to say I like the one you do. I even like the color except it kind of blends in with the grass - maybe I would add some white somewhere.

Looks like the remodelers did some nice work on these houses, Sandra. I am not sure which I prefer, but do like all the bright colors, including the green one which was very striking.

They should name the street Boulevard of Colors.
I like each color

I have to say that I'm not wild about the color either but it looks perfect in your Florida atmosphere.
I do like the bungalow style. Cozy and inviting. I would need an attached garage though.
Hope your day goes well. Off to church in a bit. Back sciatica pain is better, thank goodness. I can at least stand up straight this morning.
Getting so excited for granddaughters wedding this coming weekend. Its going to be fun to have the family all together.

I would choose the house you picked but maybe paint it yellow? Always enjoy your trips around the neighborhood.

I love the look of these colorful houses, but would hesitate to paint mine that way. I'd be afraid I would get tired of it too soon.

I'm with Mevely about the porch. Our house has a screened porch on the east and a second porch across the back of our house, not screened. We spend a lot of time enjoying the porches, even when it is hot because we have ceiling fans. Enjoyed seeing the variety of styles and colors.

I would choose the two story gray one!!!

I like the ones with porches so we could sit outside with shade.
