Wet Spot

Two Photos Taken Two Seconds Apart,
I love both of these; they make me feel happy.
Photos from my Fun visit to the waterfront in Downtown.

I Will be posting a few photos each day this week, from my downtown walkabout 2 weeks ago.

Friday 13th UPDate~
We Woke up to plumber woes when I started to clean the bathrooms. Bob's sink was pouring water down inside the cabinet. Everything in it was wet EXCEPT the Toilet paper.
YAY! I paid $10:97 for 6 rolls! Oy Vey and Yay again.

Bad news is Plumber can't come until Thursday the 19th.
Good News is we keep our money another 4 days.
2 hours to clean the bathroom and The Mess under the sink

During the 2 hours   the mother of all Thunderstorms was booming and flashing and pouring rain.

Good news is the staghorn plant is still in the tree and rain stopped, and the sun came out.
Bad news, behind the rain, the temps started dropping 1 degreee per hour until it was BRR cold.

UP side no snow, bright sun, Bob could work on the pool.
Downside, the pool hose has something stuck in it. Clogged it is.
It got to cold to work which means the hose is still clogged as you read this.

On Thursday we will find out just how bad the Friday the 13th Leak was.
$$$$$$$$$$$???
Also Thursday is supposed to be a warm sunny Florida Day and Bob can curse unstop the hose.

photo taken 2 seconds before the photo at the top. fiddled with it by poking the screen

Hello,
The like the photo of the boat, cool reflections. Sorry about the leak, it seems like something bad is always happening. It is sad the plumber takes so long to come, did you turn the water off? YAY for the warm sunny days, a nice positive thing. Take care, have a great day!

If you think about it, it's a good thing the plumber couldn't come on Friday the 13th. Then it probably would have been an astronomical bill.
No matter how much it costs on the 19th just keep telling yourself "it's a good thing he didn't come on the 13th".

If only sorting life's issues were as simple as fiddling with a few screen icons, eh?!! YAM xx

What a funny (and perfect) name for that boat! I love seeing the reflections. Color me, INTRIGUED about the larger vessel alongside. Is that a yacht? And how do I go about getting a job on it?

I hope Monday-the-16th is lots more pleasant!

You area the 4th friend within the last week that had plumbing problems. I am so sorry - maybe expensive - so I guess you stopped the leak part in Bob's bathroom. I love your good bad verbiage. ☺

And so your SAGA continues...
Brother, does it ever stop??
So sorry about the plumbing and pool hose. It sure seems there is always something.
Love your Wet Spot photos and the reflections. That is the best kind of wet spot....
Thankfully our "wet spots" are taking a break for a few days...enough time for some run off.
I see that there is a ton of snow up in our mountains...think I will stick down here in the FlatLands..(:0)

I love reflection photos. So sorry about the issue under that sink and the cold weather. Hopefully it is an easy fix with the plumber.

Water water everywhere!!! That's a lot of water to deal with. We sure hope everything gets fixed soon and not too expensively.

Water has always been our nemesis!! I feel your anxieties. We once had a water pipe leak... under the cement flooring, under our stove. Had to have a jack hammer to tear up the foundation. A super mess and oh so costly!

I love the photo...the leak sucks! ❤️

Well, I hope this leak doesn’t turn out too expensive. I look forward to more photos from your walk. These are great!

Yikes on the plumber coming tomorrow. We had them here over Christmas weekend and the furnace folks. Cha-ching!
