my son Daniel commented that he needed to get off his butt and come over here to see all those Cousins.
since a lot of the cousins saw Dan's comment, my cousin Bonnie called and said she saw Daniels comment and what do you think of a Labor Day Cousin Reunion...One of my 1st Cousins once removed has the perfect party house and Most said YES. she sent the Facebook invite... and I received the photo above in messenger saying, Hi Mama Bear, see you on labor day....he lives an hour away..
BACK to the rewards shopping story. Sorry but I HAD to set up the story to share the rewards story.
I went shopping to find a blouse to wear to the reunion and found the blue one , see photo at top, and I love it. Well, I don't love the sleeveless part that shows my arm flaps. I loved it so much I wore it to Tops Meeting and in this heat wave, the flapping arms were cool. Even with arm flaps, I got so many compliments I was more than happy.
I decided to go buy a second one, to wear to the reunion, because I want to wear this one to shop and go out and it will of course get stained or might shrink and not fit the body... Relax! none of the cousins will see it before the big day. We only see each other at funerals, weddings and reunions.
On the way home from my Kmart Rewards shopping I went in Bealls and grabbed another blouse just like it and raced to the cashier. She said do you have rewards? I said yes, but the last time it said I did not exist. She said give me your phone number and UP POPPED FIVE DOLLARS IN REWARDS. I got the blouse for 8.00.. Do you use rewards? Do they have them in your stores? They are big here in FL, in almost every store.

I love everything about the blouse! I think I commented on it in Facebook? Maybe? You look really cool in both meanings. Dan is cute, and he has PERFECT teeth. Unless you Pickmonkeyed them...Never heard of Beals, now I want them here. No rewards either! And I don't know what they are. The only ones here are the kind you get when you charge a whole lot on your card. But we don't even have that kind of card. Hope you get lots of good pictures at the reunion.
No rewards here - at least none that I use! I think Khol's has them!

I've never found a coupon that saved me money (buy too many other things while I'm there)--haha, but we do use rewards. The RG uses Cabela's reward VISA and I use Amazon reward VISA for purchases and then pay it off each month so no interest and I have a Staples Reward card. Then the rewards are there for online orders.
My Mom went to lunch each month with her aunts and first cousins for many years. They started in each other's homes and eventually changed to restaurants. There are three left in their 80s and 90s who continue the tradition.
Love your blue top but not the extra wrinkles that you added. We have store rewards cards.
Hope you have fun at the reunion. That is one huge tomato farm.

Cousins reunion! Great! That's what we just had in Germany. Nothing beats finding a great piece of clothing at a great price.

The reason we get to travel like we do is our rewards for our Southwest Airlines card! All our stores have rewards around here too!

Your blouse is pretty but the way you did your texture makes you too old. You don't look like that wrinkled. Normal not textured of picture your younger then your age.
Your arms don't worry about that. You are healthy for losing that weight. That is good. I applaud you for that.

None of the stores I shop in have rewards. I need to look for other places to shop
I have found that if I find a blouse I like and it fits, or jeans either for that matter, get least two or three of them if they have them. The next time they won't have them. I do like your blouse, and I enjoyed that video. I would love to see what they use to lay the plastic for the tomatoes...we laid it with something my boss and sons made, and it was fairly good. But this the tomatoes was planted in looks so well done.

Arm flaps....HaHa...I was just talking about them this morning.
Loosing weight is wonderful but the down side is the flaps that create the cool fanning of the armpits...(:0)
That sure is a pretty blouse Sandra, and so is the lady who is wearing it, inside and out. It has a lovely effect that photograph. As for arm flaps? You are a hoot! I try to ignore mine! Dan has lovely eyes by the way and a nice, friendly face. You must be very proud of him. I also enjoyed your cousin's son's video. We are very grateful to our farming families, where would we be without them? I have a whole lot of them on hubby's side and I have an inkling how hard they all work and rely on that life-giving rain. Not too much and not too little. Enjoy the rest of your week :)
That blouse is really pretty, Sandra ... I've not seen anything quite like it! I know all about those darn arm flaps. The crepey skin like just appeared seemingly overnight and I'm all self-conscious. (Oh, so what!)

Hello Sandra!:) You got another bargain there. I love the blue lace look of your new blouse it's so feminine and pretty, just the job for a family reunion. We don't do rewards here, and I only shop in the sales. He he,:=) the rewards said you didn't exist!! That made me smile!

Rewards are always nice, Sandra, and yours look and sound great and who doesn't like saving $ too on something you already wanted to buy! The reunion sounds like it will be a lot of family fun and I enjoyed your cousin's video and seeing your son, Dan too. We don't have Bealls in this part of the country as far as I know.
