"You cannot fail... unless you quit!"

"A Few Little Words Of Wisdom" by Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe
Follow your heart, never surrender your dreams.
Constantly work towards your goals.

Believe in yourself, and always be truthful.
Take time to enjoy life's pleasures.

Keep your mind open to new experiences.
Think before acting, but don't forget the joys of spontaneity.

Make your own decisions.
Look out for yourself but remember that you share this universe with others.

Look for the good in others, Everybody has their own song to sing.
Live each moment to the fullest, for a moment too soon becomes a memory.

Look for opportunities, not guarantees.
Hope for the best.

Give people a chance to love you, for that is how you learn to love.
Live your life for yourself, but always be considerate of others.

Believe in tomorrow, for it holds the key to your continued success.

Can you guess what the pictures are? answers tomorrow

Great words of wisdom.
Are the pictures something other than the obvious?
Enjoy your day.

Yes!! I love the guessing games! I haven't put one on my blog in awhile because I have no judgement about how hard they are. Phil says mine are too hard. I guessed Lincoln!! This was only because I just recorded this same set of facts for our church prayer line. But on to the pictures!! It's the first one that I'm very eager about. What a sight! It's just sooo strange! After clicking to make it bigger, still not much help. I will say that metal thingy looks like a metal crown of thorns that someone fashioned, so could it be something with a modern type of Christian symbolism? It looks like a stoplight, but it's not because it's two orange and one red. The little train; how delightful. First I will say a toy; and you pour water down that funnel looking thing and steam will come out. But since there's two little tops, it could be a salt and pepper shaker and your pour them down that funnel, but I think that's very unlikely. The star simply looks like a decorative star and nothing more; maybe it has a light in it. And the other is the top of your lamp. I'm going to have Phil take a look on his big computer.

Hmmmm. I have an idea that they all mean something together. I'll check back tomorrow and see if I'm right!

I have no idea, Sandra.... Your meaning today is "Try-Try-Try Again"--so the little train reminded me of the little book about "I thought I Could.. I thought I Could..."

That first picture is fascinating... Does it have something to do with being able to go or stop in life with Jesus in the center???? We can do anything as long as God is with us.

Don't know about the other pictures---other than Ben Franklin had to try-try-try again to get the light bulb to work....

I'll be anxious to see your blog tomorrow.
Hugs,
Betsy
