Dragons & Elephants, Oh My! Oh My!

Internationally known sculptor Howard Solomon has created a museum full of fun and funny and wonderful creations. Cars and trucks, large and small animas, Each one is created from metal "found objects" only.

The elephant is my favorite of all of them and is created from metal signs, if you click on the third photo you can see where he left a piece of a sign uppainted.

What Games do elephants like to play best? SQUASH

How do you stop a charging elephant? take away its credit cards

How do you get down off an elephant? you don't, you get down off of a goose

I will be posting several of his creations on the side bar in order to get more on each day. the post will be about the ones I LOVE and this dragon is my second favor. click on photo and check out what the teeth and nostrels are made of.

Knock Knock
Who's there !
Dragon !
Dragon who ?
Dragon your feet again????

Amazing sculptures.
What time is it when an elephant sits on your fence? Time to buy a new fence.
How do you know if an elephant has been in your refrigerator? You see his footprints in the egg salad.
Sorry but you started it! Ha-ha!Have a good weekend.
Sunny :)

Oh, my!!! That header blew me away as soon as I saw it!! I knew you would be posting these things for awhile, but just had no IDEA!!! The elephants remind me of that elephant post I did just awaile ago! I love their colorful blankets, ot whatever you call them, on their backs. I adore the little dog on the sidebar! I will wait to see the rest, but I bet the elepants and dragon will be my favorites, as well!! I would love to HAVE that dragon!!! We could keep it in the playroon for decor and the girls would go WILD for it!! Also I want the doggie!! Does he ever sell his stuff?? Can you buy it online? After much clicking and enlarging, I still can't tell what the teeth and nostrils are made of!! I won't be on the computer again all day after about 4 o'clock. Granddaughter coming over for babysitting, then we will take her home to put her to bed and be over there till the kids get home, probably not till about midnight.

These creations are absolutely wonderful. Thanks for the elephant jokes -- I haven't heard these in years.

Great sculptures! I love the dragon, that is so cool. The elephant is remarkable, a lot of work went into that piece. I enlarged the photos and was trying to figure out what the one was behind the elephant.
