"Found Flower Art"

In the same park where I found all the wonderful trees in my past 3 post, stood this wacky and weird looking plant, some type of spider lily I think.

Just an average photo of an average plant until I snapped a few closeup shots.

I ran into lilies in a park yesterday too! Not this one though. But they really are magnificently shaped (and coloured), aren't they!

An interesting plant! Well, If Monica says it's a lily, I guss it is, I don't know. I have the same little poem to post at a later time, I copied it from somewhere a few months ago! My very favorite is the last picture, because the flower is a living picture. It has created it's own round frame!

WOW! Who knew stems of flowers could be so beautiful and photogenic? Only a good photographer with a good eye. Keep it up girl!

You sure did find flower art. The last shot is exquisite. I believe you could find beauty in a blank wall. I ♥ your findings. Gerry

Weird and wacky- Sandra you are funny! We have these here too- don't they have a nice fragrance? A lady down our road paused to talk to me while doing yard work..she was giving me a few plant cuttings when I asked what was that nice smell? One of the cuttings in fact- but pointing to a large maroon lily with what looks like the same flower that emerged! Heady..but that maroon throws me, so I planted inconspicuously? Beautiful quote! Hope your doing great and have a nice weekend my friend!

What a beautiful flower, I love the colors. I think you are right about it being some type of lily. It is so elegant and sophisticated.

The last photo is my favorite because it looks like the magical entrance to Fairy Land!
