Star of Bethlehem Shine On

Sing along with the Judds, words below video.

O beautiful star of Bethlehem
Shining far through shadows dim
Giving the light for those who long have gone
Guiding the wise men on their way
Unto the place where Jesus lay
O beautiful star of Bethlehem
Shine on
O beautiful star the hope of life
Guiding the pilgrims through the night
Over the mountains 'til the break of dawn
Into the land of perfect day
It will give out a lovely ray
O beautiful star of Bethlehem
Shine on
O beautiful star of Bethlehem
Shine upon us until the glory dawns
Give us a lamp to light the way
Unto the land of perfect day
O beautiful star of Bethlehem
Shine on
O beautiful star the hope of grace
For the redeemed, the good and the blessed
Yonder in glory when the crown is won
Jesus is now the star divine
Brighter and brighter He will shine
O beautiful star of Bethlehem
Shine on
O beautiful star of Bethlehem

So beautiful. I don't have a Christmas tree anymore. Seems so silly just for me and whatever cat I have at any given time. But growing up, we always had a big star at the top. Other people have angels but I always liked the star best.

Wow What a way to start my Sunday morning. Thank you, I love that kind of music, I call it Mountain flavor music.

Dear Sandra, I enjoyed listening to this lovely song and watching these beautiful photos.Christmas isn’t my holiday, as you may noticed, but it is very familiar and dear to me ever since my childhood, because lots of my friends and neighbors celebrate it. :-)

I've never heard that song before. That is a beautiful star on top of your tree. I almost bought a star tree top yesterday. I've been wanting to replace the angel that has been up for years and is a royal pain to put up. Now I wish I would have bought the star

I love the song and I love the star!! I have nothing on the top of my tree, can't find anything around here! Not that I like or that matches the decorations, anyway! Oh, I've been forgetting FourPaws, I need to hop on over.

Beautiful Star, Sandra.... I love the way the light captures the star --and gives it so much color.

Love the Judd's ---so I definitely sang along...

Well we actually got snow here (both mountains)..only you'll gather I didn't get to march around in any yet!
This is pretty- love the song and the stars! I haven't decororated my little tree yet until hubby straightens it (it's crooked and I gave up fussing with it) Your header looks cheery-:)
