Ringling Circus Museum, Miniature Town

Minature town painted on wall for back drop for Circus

YOU MAY BE FROM A SMALL TOWN IF..
(courtesy of joke-news)

. Your car breaks down outside of town and news of it gets back to town before you do.

You go to the State Fair for your family vacation.

You call the wrong number and talk to the person for an hour anyway.

Without thinking, you wave to all oncoming traffic.

P.S. I LOVE SMALL TOWNS and live in one. I do hope these jokes are not offensive, if so it was not my intention.

Wow, this may even be better than the circus!!! I love the men up on top of the McClung building beside the tank. And the way they painted the smoke on the backdrops. All the artwork on the backdrops blends in so well with the real things that I had trouble telling some of them apart.

I prefer the small towns. Life feels more real when you bump into the same cashier at the grocery store week after week. That hasn't happened in the suburb where they hire new kids frequently. I an very interested in this museum and am wishing I had the strength to journey to it. Might try to get hubby to bring Buddy and me to Sarasota in May when that tax widow season is over.

I'm not offended -- I think you've captured the charm of a small town. The miniature town is very neat -- the details are amazing.

I am just amazed at all the details in the miniatures.

I grew up in a itty bitty small town, I think your jokes are great and somewhat true. The town I lived in was so small that half the people were my relatives.

I'm scrolling back through a few posts I missed and still feeling amazed at all the details...

LOL@the small town jokes. I kept waiting to see one that doesn't apply to me... but didn't. I have experienced all of the above and no it's not offensive; it's TRUE! LOL!
