Hey, what is that behind the cougar?
Oh NO a bear.... grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!
The man is NOT real, though he looked it to me. My cousin was having a fit and kept saying, you will get in trouble taking photos in here.
As I snapped away a man came over and said I am the manager, would you like me to let you inside the ropes? I said, so this is ok? He said take as many as you want. he opened it and let me in and closed it behind me, that is how I got the cougar shot.
As my cousin hid her face in Shame i clicked away in THE BASS PRO SHOP in a large mall in Savannah GA. this shot was taken from inside the glass elevator. No I don't shop there are do any type of hunting, other than with a camera. We were there pushing my dad around the mall in his wheel chair entertaining him.
Ain't I amazing?????

Wow..(lol), is the guy mountain climbing real? I don't blame you- this is a really a fantastic place to take photos!! Thats all taxidermy (I thought you snapped something in your backyard (ha ha) then thought..no way!! This was cool my dear-
Sure is an interesting mall and you had me fooled at the beginning. Is the rock climber real??
We've got a couple of places like that here. I have a hard time with taxidermy and all that gorgeous natural wildlife gone though. It's hard for me.
Rockclimbing? I'd never get past the first step without passing out in exhaustion. I'm such a wimp. :)
While most people would be photographing the genteel beauty of Savannah, you are photographing the Bass Pro Shop?!! Love it! You've inspired me to visit a nearby one--a different sort of adventure.
Best,
Bonnie
WIth camera in hand,I could go hunting there as well.Looks relatively safe.
Yep you are amazing, your pics are so neat!
Cool! For a minute I thought they were real!
Yes, you are ... truly amazing!!!
I love Bass Pro shops! The one closest to me has a huge indoor saltwater aquarium filled with very large fish. I love the upper level with all the cookbooks and neat spices for cooking your catch of the day! It's in Destin, Florida.
Talk about getting backed up in your blog posts, ha ha ha!! These must be very old pictures, but new to me!! I thought everything was real, I thought you went to a zoo or one of those drive through safaris!!! That fishing store must be huge!!! It all looks so very real!!!!
now that's my kind of hunting. You bagged some good ones there :) I thought for sure that the guy was real.
Wow!! What an adventure you had at your local Bass Pro Shop! I glad you made it home alive :-)
Yes, that is truly amazing! Can't believe the manager came up to you! lol He sounded nice!
Have a Great Day!

YOU IS AMAZING!
When I saw the first picture - I was so worried where you were and if you were safe.
You got me!

Oh wow, I thought the guy was real. I figured he was putting the display together.
That's a great way to "shoot" wildlife!
The animals might look a little "stuffy" ☺... but the man really, really looks real!!!
yeah, i'm with diane b, you had me fooled at the beginning, too!
what a wonderful place to wander through it with the camera in hand.
love the new header!!
Sandra, malls sure can provide some interesting photo ops as you have shown us here. The closest one to us is a 90-minute drive, so the only chance we get is when travelling - Ikea stores is a favorite stop.
The Bass Pro store does have some cool critters.
I hope they are all fake, I am not a fan of the "real" hunting.
You are amazing..
I thought that's where you were. How nice of the mgr. to let you get closer.
We have a Bass Pro Shop just 1 mile from our house. Haven't been there since last Christmas...maybe its time to do it again. Love the shots.

What a great way to get your dad out and about! I don't think though that the rock climbing man was an example of taxidermy. That would definitely be creepy and against the law!
What an amazing store and you took great photos. That man looked real, I took a second look when you said. If I ever come across this place I will definitely take a look inside. Nice of the manager to let you in. He recognized someone who is amazing and yes you are 😊👍
The Bass Pro shop in Las Vegas also has an eleborate display. I think it's great that you got to go "behind the scenes" so to speak!
