He hands her the cup she dropped

She said he helps her with her laundry, puts things in and takes them out, hands them to her to fold. Amazing

It's always amazing to see what our friends animal can do to please us. We have certainly a few things to learn from them!

Seeing service dogs in action always amazes me. It takes a very special animal to do those kind of jobs. I like the way he is looking at you through the corner of his eye. He is a very handsome fellow.

They sure have so much in that brain of theirs. Where would folks be without them.

Great action shots gal...

They truly are amazing animals. The last time we flew to California, a lady sat across from us with her service dog. His attention to her (she was legally blind) was just amazing. When we followed them through the terminal, the dog guided her gently every step of the way through a huge crowd. It all seemed effortless!!

Great photos!

Best,
Bonnie

What an inspiring post!!!

And I love Black Labs *to bits.* A son and family have 2, and they are the sweetest. :-) Of course, I always give credit to his wife, because she is the one who raised/trained them, so she is the "Mama" to get credit. :-)

Love *the Look* which this dog gave you. -grin-

I think service dogs are great. If you can believe it or not - our church had a massive break up a couple or months ago regarding the service dogs. I have tried to stay out of it but the church lost half it's members.

Anyway I'm off track as usual - but this was a beautiful dog!

Really appreciate the work of Canine Companions.
Our friend breeds puppies for this program. Isabel(the dog) just had 11 pups 2 weeks ago. When they are weaned they will go to school and then 11 more people will have new hope and mobility.
Great photos of a great program.

Another wonderful dog! Dogs are truly amazing! So many people need their help and unconditional love and the doggies need them as well. It's a win win situation. They need to start getting dogs out of shelters and training them to help people. :)
This is another wonderful post!
Happy Monday Sandra!

Like I mentioned earlier I will try to get our family back to a dog, one that is not a pup though.
I know they can do good.
