The second one is trying hard to be friendly and get adopted, what a sweet face. That little mastiff is so cute, if I were going to get a dog that's the size I would want. Some neighbors in another city had one and it was so sweet.
It is a shame that so many of these beautiful dogs are without homes.
You captured some precious pictures of real sweeties!
I hope you two have a good time with each other! It's sad they are without homes:(

I hope many of them get a home. I think boxers are ugly but I guess they are loveable. The mastiff is cute but they grow huge. A friend of mine had one. It was like a little horse.
So many sweet pups looking for a nice place to live. It's very sad.

They truly have sweet drooly mouths for sloppy kisses.
Love your candle header!
Love your photos. I'm afraid these dogs eat more than me. LOL
I don't think I've ever mentioned about the Boxer dog I had as a kid. What a great dog he was. I ran across a photo of him recently in about 1960 or so. He was a love.
such need for good homes in this poor economy...
What sweethearts they are!
It must be so hard, attending such events, because you want to adopt them ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL. -sigh-
"...Wonderful white Winter! We must clap our hands at you: You are old, and we are cold, and there is nothing else to do. You and I are glad, when the snow comes flying down, And ice-drops fair leap out of the air to hang on the branches brown! Wonderful white Winter!
trekking your lovely blog!!! thanks for sharing and keep posting! Happy New Year!
cheers!
..TREK..
Awww...the dog we have now is a rescue. I so wish I knew his past. While he loves me and my kids (both grown) he's not always friendly with others. We had him at the vet last week and she said it could take him years to mellow with others due to his unknown past. He did growl and snap at her by the way LOL.
This last picture is fabulous. Many thoughts are running through my mind as I look at it. It speaks a thousand words. You really need to print this one out, frame it, and give it to Rich. I love the white Boxer's jester's jingle collar!
Okay I am bad but I can't resist - your a butt liking girl - haha. Just kidding. They were all sweet looking - and there are so many of them that would love to be adopted - our adopted dog is so grateful that he was adopted - he is so sweet and loving.
Love, sandie
Great shots Sandra. Those faces are so ugly that they are cute. You can tell they are full of love and sloppy kisses.
Hope you have a fabulous new Year that's full of joy and happiness. I'm glad we found each other through blogging.
Well, I love dogs in all sizes. It is sad the bigger ones are harder to place but I feel very bad when a BIG dog doesn't have enough room to run and play.
Apparently the most popular dog right now is the Labrador retriever so a lot of people must have big dogs.
Wow, 90, that's a lot of dogs to find homes for. Yes, it is a bit obvious that you have a thing for boxer butts....lol
So you prefer boxer butts to cookies, huh? LOL! I don't blame you...I slept with my best friend's rescued boxer every time I came to CT to visit!!! She snores and I adore her!...:)JP
These photos are so sweet! I love doggies and wish I had room and money for more! :) I'm pretty sure our Rocket has boxer in him. Boxer butts are too cute! LOL
my Mom had a white boxer...my daughters boy friend has a white boxer..
How sad for the poor dogs who have no home!! Your photos of the boxers are sweet. Have a great week!
