You are safe now, this concludes my post on the Canine Christmas Festival... Until NEXT YEAR
Sarasota Singers entertained and some of the singers had their dogs with them.
Almost fell asleep while they were singing but at the last note his eyes popped open.
I saw these sweeties coming in as I was leaving.

It looks like it had been a long day for some of the pups. The first one looks a little tired too.
I'm sorry to see it come to an end, I really enjoyed all the photos and stories about the event. All of the dogs were adorable.
I wish I could be there, singing and enjoying!
Thank you.
I can see through your eyes.
Have a wonderful 2012.

No saying "You're safe now." We post exactly what we wish to, on our blogs. People can look or not, it's up to them. But NOPE, we never apologize for our posts.
"Auntie sezzzzzzz!" ,-)
Love the nodding-off doggie!!!!

You need to be an animal photographer, you have captured them so well and what a camera to pick up the details of the fur.
Hope your day is good!
I've loved your canine Christmas posts. Oliver, not so much!!
Best,
Bonnie
This canine Christmas really was a WHITE Christmas! White dogs, white vehicles. Is that a toy collie? I love the way they all have cute collars and are dressed up, wonder if the two white ones are siblings?
Cute! Love those last two dogs!
Hi Sandra, I'm on vacation (at home) this week---so am not blogging. However, I am checking out some of my fav. bloggers... I have enjoyed all of your doggie posts...
Hugs,
Betsy
Re: Your comment on my Posts-earrings... I suggest you get a pair of Posts, which you know are sterling silver. My ear *holes* are very sensitive and can't take lots of stuff, which (cheap) earrings are made of.
When you get the Posts, you might go to your pharmacist and tell him/her what you are going to do. He/she will be glad to advise you, I imagine.
My husband/pharmacist tells me to "sterilize" them with Alcohol. Put an over-the-counter Anti-bacterial cream on them, before putting them in my ears.
And with brand new posts, you just keep turning them a lot, but leave them in for a couple of weeks. With this *make-hole-stay-open-again* project, I will probably take them out now and then, JUST to apply more anti-Bacterial cream to them. And put them right back in.
I'm happy it (closing back up) has only happened with one of my holes. But wow, does that one ever get sore, when I try to re-introduce earrings. Hope this will work. Even though it willlll hurttttttttt for a while.

I could look at photos from this canine event everyday. They are all adorable! The little guy looks like he's a Shelty mix? That white Husky mix is beautiful! I love how you captured him falling asleep. Is he missing his right paw?
This has been the best series Sandra! Thanks for sharing!
What a FUN post of the canines!
I like the photo of the dog with eyes popped open.
Very clear and a great compostion Sandra.
The lens?

What an awesome time! Hope your Christmas was the BEST!
What a bevy of beautiful dogs.
You know one of the wonderful things about blogging is - if you can't go and see something - chances are some blogger has seen it and will post about it and then I get to see it! You have the best posts. sandie
Fun day! I've enjoyed my year with you and wishing you the best of what the new year will bring!
awwww....
oh my goodness, just too cute!
What a fun post. Really like the sleepy dog. Have a Happy New Year!
This weeks linky is on the main page of FMTSO. Recently, you may have noticed Sarah has had technical difficulties getting the linky page up. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are planning on migrating the linky page to our main blog in the future, that way any of the authors can help post the linky when needed.
It's over already? Darn. Love the little elf hat on the first one. That picture of the dog with his eyes closed is precious. Looks like he's praying. Maybe he was praying for it to all be over with so he could take the collar off....lol
I loved this whole series. Thanks for sending it to me. I hope this is an annual event and that you post about it this year also!
