That is the cutest little welcome sign/plant stand I have ever seen. I do love those eyes.
Ambiance is always at the top of my list but the food has to be good too. It looks like Theresa's has it all.
You have some of the neatest places to visit. I like the way they painted the walls. I like to choose a place with great food and atmosphere.

Looks like a very nice place! I don't go out all that often and if I go out with a friend I prefer a place with a nice atmosphere and not too noisy so I guess I'd say C as well.

Your post makes me want to go to Teresa's again. I haven't been there in a while. It looks like it's been spruced up a bit.
Sandra, the auto train doesn't make stops between Sanford and Lorton, Virginia. It was quite a pleasant trip, however, and I loved having my car with me instead of renting one or having to depend on someone.
Looks like a yummy place to eat and enjoy a wonderful time with a friend. It seems Florida has a lot of these cute places.
It is a lovely and creative welcome in front of the door of that really charming and inviting restaurant. I too choose „c“, of course.

It can be a either or on choice..and sometimes it is simply a matter of what is available. But I will tell you this, I love the looks of this place.

Hi Sandra, wondering how far Theresa's is from your home as i have a friend who lives in Bradenton. I've never visited her there, but if I ever get to FL we should meet for lunch here. I choose a place by food quality and ambiance.
