Blame it on Ann

You can blame this post on Ann at Snap!Edit!Scrap she did a post on the white box she built and then started showing photo she took in the white box and one thing led to another...

I am lazy and did not want to go to the store, so looked for something at home. BAZINGA! I will turn the white bucket the chlorine comes in, on its side and Yes, I knew it was SUPPOSED to have light coming in from the sides and top, but I did say I am lazy. Above photo is the best I got in my bucket shoot.
I played for almost two hours with That Darn Cat...... Above is what I ended up with. light bulb popped on over the cats head and said HEADER......

I asked Bob to tell me which one he liked and I asked Rich which one and I asked ME and we all THREE voted for the one in the header and the photo below.
Which one would you pick? (please, if you would have picked NONE of the above, say it gently)

Playing is always fun. I like the effects you got inside the bucket, the first shot shows off those lovely colors in the glass.

My favorite is the second on from the bottom with the single flower. Of course with the cats it look more suited to my blot. THH!

The first cat has a rainbow in his tummy! I would have to choose one of the last two for a header, I like them both equally well. BUT it is 2:15 A.M. and the cat header is not here, it is still your bottle and flower header from the last few days! Wish I could say Bazinga!, but it's true...But knowing you, you will have it fixed by the time I wake up.

Or maybe it is on my side, I see that Judy didn't say anything about the header...

well...I like them all...but I choose the one with the yellow flower in the left corner...because it seems the sun, shining!

I think your joint decision, was a wise one. :-) 'Tis beautiful.

The only important part is... That you had FUN! And that you got yourself a brand new Header pic. (Ahem, my post today, has a lot to do with letting ourselves do, what brings fun into our lives.... Great minds on the same path, perhaps? :-))

I love popping in here, and noticing a new Header Pic. I am the *Queen Of Noticing New Header Pics and New Blog Looks.* And I take my job as *Queen,* very seriously. -gigggles- Just another one of the things I do, for my fun.

I love them all Sandra! The cat looks cool where you have played with the bucket. The header shot would have to be my favorite!

I like them all but my fav is the last one for some reason? I will have to dig through my pictures to see if I can find my light box setup. I do not have it set up now or I would take a pic of it. It would be easier that way. Its an easy setup, done with a few cheep shop lights from the hardware store, 100 watt Reveal bulbs and ...well I will find the pic.

Duh, I forgot to say I like what you did, I like that contrast on the glass cats.

Vote for the one in the header as well. Isn't it amazing how we can spend so much time on this enjoyment!

I too think you chose wisely. This is your world and you are the boss.:) I look at these pictures and think that I need to spend more time playing.

I like the header you picked and are using. I never thought about putting something in a white box and taking pictures of it. That is a neat idea and it would get rid of the clutter around it that's for sure!

I think you picked the right one for your header, although all three versions are very good. I'm very glad you are always experimenting.

You chose the one I would have chosen. I liked the single flower in the left corner... Just a splash of color is perfect...

They are all GREAT.

I will gladly bear the burden of the blame since it resulted in fun for you and a really cool new header (you chose the one I would have)
I have to wonder though how Jake and Baby Girl feel about a cat being on the top of your blog

Very classy. I also like the one with ONE sunflower on it. Flowers in both corners somehow is too much symmetry!

Lazy or not - how fun to play like that! Love them..

#2 Do you use a photo editing software? Cause you could add a layer and blow out the background and get that seamless white look, then erase the effect on the cats. I do it ALL the time when my whites aren't pure.

I like the one in your header...just the one sunflower.
