Vertigo - Lessons Learned part Two

Lizard outside my window and reflection of camera dial
When planning your attack of Vertigo....heh heh heh

Do have at least half dozen books on hand, must be page turners to overcome the dizzies caused by reading flat of your back. I HAD ONE book.... and had to go for FOUR days with no book....boo hoo

No Books = hours of watching mindless TV which includes 50 year old sitcoms and Infomercials.

The UPSIDE was.... I had time to Ponder on the Programmed Infomercials and thus POST them for YOU in case you missed them.

Did you know for 19.99 you may order a Stacker that will allow you to stack veggies/fruit in a perfect 3 inch cylinder that is 4 inches tall, on a plate of your choice. WARNING if you buy this don't plan on a really large dinner party, since it could take all day to make your designed fruit/dessert/salad plates.

Did you know there is a POWDER you can sprinkle on everything you eat and if you do this you will lose 32 pounds in 3 months without changing your eating habits? WOO HOO

Lizzie Lizard on her broom
Did you know about NUTRI-BULLET?  this is a Super-food Nutrition Extractor that will make super food of everything you eat and multiply the nutrition you can absorb. (want to buy a bridge?)

PLUS and last but not least, If you put a pad and pen on the bed that is spinning you can write down

If I had that lizard outside my window...I would scream and run! The little one is okay but that big one on the window sill is a no no for me. Sorry, Sandra. I am usually not that outspoken.

Have a great day!

Aw, now you're not stupid! I get a kick out of those commercials. I watched a few of those late night after I had my surgery and I had to wait up to take my medicine before I could go to bed. I told my husband if I ever start ordering those things to take my credit card away! lol The space bags interest me and the no no. The juicer machines seem nice too and that crockpot! lol

Girl...you do have a really bad case of vertigo LOL...I hope you quit spinning soon. HUGS. Dee

Love the lizard!

My daughter and I, in our telephone visits, make up infomercials and laugh. It's weird, I know. 'For only $19.99 you can get not one, but TWO...' 'But wait! There's more!...'

I know. Some people are easily amused. lol

Please get over that nasty vertigo!

Oh, my! The vertigo is not bad enough you have to suffer through those ridiculous infomercials too? You are not stupid or you would have been placing orders. lol Don't you wonder how these people get away with selling stuff like that on TV? Love the picture of the lizard on the broom and the picture of the lizard on the window sill is cool. Hope you are doing better. Hugs

Very interesting. I'll have to remember the next time I'm stumped for blog material to turn on infomercials....lol
Since I have my kindle I've got tons of books to read and if I run out I can just download one right there and then

Before we got new (quieter) windows, I had to leave my tv on all night so Harriet could not hear the neighbor's 7 dogs bark! I have heard all about these GREAT ideas on infomercials!!!!!!!
Hope you feel better each and every day. Take care.

we have a lot more lizards without our Miss Bliss here to eat them...you did learn alot on your Vertigo vacation...LOL...(I know you would have rather been snapping)

Are you still in bed with the vertigo most of the time? Hope it ends for you soon. I won't tell you just yet how long I was laid up with the nasty stuff.
Your lizard shot outside the window is neat. I see one every now and then on the patio. They are too fast for me to get a shot.
Enjoy your Friday!

Love the lizard - it's one creature that I don't mind when we're in our house in Italy. I would like to say that I hope something else interesting passes the window for you to snap, but no, really I would like to say - get better soon so that you're out and about again!

Aw, Lizzy Lizard looks so cute on her broom.
Oh no, infomercials! You need to always have extra books on hand for such emergencies.

I am going to place a stack of books beside my bed right NOW, just in case. :)) (I hate commercials of just about any kind.)

Sandra, after watching all those infomercials doesn't it make you wonder HOW you ever managed to get along without those items? For me, the worst part would be not being able to read, since we don't have TV service (by choice). Glad you are doing better and wondering what virus caused the vertigo that affected you and your friend, Rich.

I want some of that miracle powder!

Awesome shots of your reptilian friend. Sympathies on the book blues and the TV-induced stupidiity feelings. Glad you are feeling up to posting, whether on the correct blog or not!
