Turning Silver into Gold..

Silver ring turns to gold...go figure
I only wear my rings when I leave home, I come straight to the computer when I walk in the door, there were MANY emails/comments and I put my rings on the desk.
The camera came out of my pocket to sit on the desk and YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY
I saw it I snapped it!

FL medical dictionary.

Barium..... what docors do when their patients die

Kindle Error.....

I am reading a suspenseful page turner, the woman and her children are trapped in the bathroom, hiding from the killer behind the glass door, they are crying and holding on to each other as they listen to the steps coming toward the door.  I read.....

The door knob giggled...

I read it again, burst into laughter and go find Bob to read it to him. Giggled? try Jiggled?

"Giggled" made me giggle. Sounds like the proof reader fell down on the job. Maybe he was distracted when someone jiggle the doorknob!

Silver to gold and a cool shadow too.

Fun lighting in your photos Sandra! I always laugh when I find spelling / grammar errors in books. I always think they need a new proofreader because I'm a horrid speller so if I can spot them.... LOL!

Pretty ring.

You only where when going out.

Me too.

Does the constant wearing of any ring, bother you? Does me. -moan- I can't imagine how some people wear rings, 24/7!

Happy 12/12/12...

LOL Kindle needs a new proofreader that is hilarious...I'm happy we made you jiggle today.

Mad Snapper mom has a question...you have a very active and creative mind..does it keep you awake at night? Seriously mom has sleeping issues so we were just wondering.

I've read why there are so many errors on e-books by I can't remember why now. I'll have to ask my daughter who is a book reviewer and knows those kinds of things. As a proofreader it drives me up the wall, so I tend not to use my Kindle. I still like going to the library. Oh, and just because I'm a proofreader doesn't mean you won't find errors in my stuff. No one can read their own work!

So I used to take my rings on and off depending on where I was going and what I was doing. And then we had Verizon FIOS installed and I never saw my rings again. :( Very emotional.

Hi Sandra, Love your 'gold' ring....

Maybe that doorknob did GIGGLE.... ha ha ha

We are enjoying the beach in beautiful Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. I will think (or thought) of you today at 12 minutes and 12 seconds after 12 noon on 12/12/11.... Unbelievable.

Barium, that's a good one.
I have noticed when reading books on my kindle that there are a LOT of typos. Apparently people don't worry to much about editing their manuscripts. It's the one thing I find annoying. In this case those using giggle for jiggle is rather amusing.

That's a good looking ring and a perfect photo subject. So,a suspense novel turns into a comedy.Bet no writer has thought of that.

Sometimes I forget to put my rings back on before going to work and then feel 'naked' all day!

giggling!! too funny but the ring is so beautiful!

i always love the variety of your blog posts.

i am finding tons of those errors in kindle books, too. I suspect it is because of the self-publishing process. They need a proofreader who is a grumpy old lady like me and who still prefers words spelled out and has yet to join the ranks of people addicted to texting.

If Kathy shares her take on the flood of errors, please share. And my laughter at your giggling doorknob led to my sharing with hubby. Even typing this is making me smile.
