A Little Sunshine for YOU

Sunshine for YOU Cause I know you're Blue...

Just living is not enough, one must have sunshine, freedom and a little flower palm tree... Hans Christian Anderson

OK, now you can give me a HAND for bringing you Sunshine... and just in case you don't have a hand to give me.... I am showing you how my self photo of my hand went awry....

I have always wanted to use that word, so I challenge you to comment using the word, awry, I know it is a word because I got no red squiggly lines when I typed it.

See what I mean about AWRY? and remember that hand is only a few short months from 69

ULTIMATE example of photography/picmonkey/madsnapper gone awry. SORRY!

That last photo looks like Mad Snapper has definitely gone awry. :)

I'm pretty sure I have never used the word awry before...maybe in speech but never in written form. But now I have used awry 3 times.

My plans for yesterday went awry because of the weather. But, we have sunshine today! Yay!

Btw, you have pretty nails, Sandra! Have a nice day and don't let anything go awry. :)

LOL! Ultimate Example!!! ,-)

Lovely nails!

"Only a few short months from 69" Well my Dear, try on 76, and see how that feels. -grin- You are positively "A Mere Child," right? :-)

Use AWRY... OK, let's see. Perhaps I should feel AWRY, at turning 76, but I don't (too much). Because the alternative is unthinkable. :-)

Gentle hugs,
"Auntie"

i've always liked that word. :)

i like the phrase 'wreak havoc' too. named a siberian husky/g.shepherd mix pup 'havoc' because it certainly fit him...

Loving the palm tree, especially today as we are again piled up with snow! I see nothing awry with your hand, it is a very pretty hand and I think it is prettier without the editing, just natural. But the editing is very cool, I must say. I believe awry means something amiss or not right. Which your blog NEVER is!!

Both your hands and your nails look really good. Since I moved to this desert climate, my nails have gone totally awry! No hand photos for me, or should I say, of me, of my hands. That have gone awry.

Have a great day!

Hi Sandra, thanks for the sunshine... I needed it since it's still spittin' snow here. Ready for it to get warmer and I want to feel some sunshine!!!!!!

I give you a big hand --if you'll make my old hand (almost 71) look like your did after Picmonkey!!!!!!

Hugs,
Betsy

I think you gave us awryt (a little Redneckism there) good explanation of awry...

Those hands sure can do some fancy things when they go awry. That last one with the flower overlays looks like it could be used in a commercial.
Thanks for the sunshine, we don't have any here today

But not the MadSnapper's plans. It looks as though you are wearing a flower ring. Love that!

Thanks for the sunshine, it has been in and out here today. I am enjoying the few rays we are getting. I do however reserve the right to complain come summer when the temps hit the triple digits. LOL!

Thank you for the sunshine -- we've needed it. I will admit, though, that I don't like it when you boast about being so young. Ah, to only be 'almost 69' again.
