While looking for my MoJo, I scraped the bottom of the blogger barrel and here you go.
I present to you my newest Addiction..... Black decaffeinated Tea with Fresh lemon
NOTE: the tea is Brown, so why is it called Black Tea?
Yes, this is my dedicated TEA cup, some of you may remember the lemon curdled coffee from last week.
Never Again....
I found this tea by accident, they were out of Lipton. I don't drink tea, but keep it for when I get a stomach ache... did you know if you have a bloated tummy, you can drink hot tea and walk and it will pass away..
The little yellow top jar Used to hold something or other, I can't remember what... Now I squeeze my Meyer Lemons and store this in the fridge.... BOB planted the seeds per my request, that way I will have fresh lemons and more stuff to blog about.

I like lemon juice fresh out of the lemon and hot water in the mornings.
When I lived in Phoenix a neighbor had a wonderful lemon tree. When I go back I hope I remember to get one. It is wonderful having your own fresh lemon juice. And you can freeze it in cubes so that you have it all year round!
You have got good stuff in the bottom of your barrel. Thanks for the tip about a bloated tummy. Meyer lemons are the best. Mine got fruit fly in them this year.
We call tea with milk white tea even though it is still brown. When we visited US servers looked at us funnily when we asked for white tea. They would say sorry we don't have white tea only black or herbal. We learnt to say tea with milk.
Fresh from the tree...nothing beats that. I shall have to try that Black Tea.
Always love hot tea with lemon. Black tea refers to the process of drying the leaves. these have been more oxidized than others like green or white.
How big is your lemon tree?
MOM is singing some lemon tree song now. I am rolling my eyes and wondering where my breakfast it.
Blessings,
Goose
I drink almost as much tea as I do coffee. In many ways I like tea better, but still seem to need my morning coffee to get moving. I like the result of you scrapping the bottom of the barrel.
thru the winter, i drink hot green tea w/ fresh squeezed lemons. :)
Sounds delish!
Sounds good...to bad lemon does not taste good in coffee...:)
You managed to have neat photos of tea! and Bob is nice to plant lemon seeds (I always found lemon trees amazing) Show us the lemons when they grow
Nothing as good as a cup of tea! Unless it's a cup of coffee! Or perhaps a glass of wine!
Hi there, I do like tea but its cold tea.
Meyer lemons are great, not sure how long your juice will keep fresh in the frig, but you can pour some juice in a shallow pan, freeze the juice then break it up in pieces and put it in a plastic bag in the freezer. This way it will keep longer. Dry the lemon peel then when dry, grind the peel up and store in jar in the freezer. You can make some yummy things with the dried peel.
HOPE you have a good day.
Ms. Sandra we never for one second believed your MoJo was gone...and today's post proves it. This is an excellent post and we love your collages. This being said we also say WELCOME BACK TO YOUR NON MISSING MOJO.
HUGS MADI AND MOM
Hi Sandra, That looks delightful. I could go for a cup right now.
Nice to have such an accommodating hubby to feed your photo needs! LOL! Looks delicious!
Never a dull moment at your house, you truly are a bloggyland treasure.
I enjoy an occasional cup of tea,but have never tried it with lemon. Perhaps I should live a little and give it a try someday.
Never tried decaffeinated tea. I drink black tea and green tea (less caffeine) and also "red tea" which is really from a different plant and naturally caffeine-free. Never coffee. And no fresh lemons since I'm allergic or oversensitive to fresh citrus fruit. (Makes my mouth itch.)
Love lemons... I never understood why they call it black tea when it's brown
I've read lemon in water is really good for you. And I've always wondered, too, why they call it Black tea!
I used to drink tea all the time because for the longest time I hated coffee. Now I'm addicted to coffee but occasionally I still just want a cup of tea. Usually when I'm not feeling too good. I'm gonna have to get some lemon though. For a while I was drinking green tea but I discovered I loved chai tea too and some of the flavored ones are very good.
That's just how I like mine... weak with no milk or sugar.
I love cold sweet tea. I do drink hot green tea on occasion, but I don't care too much for lemon. I take my lemon with honey every morning that way it doesn't taste too bad and it's good for me.
How sweet of Bob to plant the tree for you! I hope to have fruit trees one day. :)
Almost forgot, I LOVE your header!
We drink quite a bit of hot tea. We order ours from Teavana or from David's Tea ---and get all kinds of flavored tea. One of my favorites is Mango... It's green tea--but some of ours are black ones also.
Hugs,
Betsy
I craved for tea seeing the second photo. I agree with drinking tea after heavy meal. That's what I do too.
Happy weekend! :)
There are some good tips for keeping lemon in the comments above. I like the ice cube idea.
You've got some pretty good stuff in the bottom of your barrel. That mojo didn't go too far away.
I love lemon in iced tea but not in hot tea.
Mmmm. I do drink tes...in the afternoons. Coffee is my morning drink. I'm jealous that you will have a Meyer lemon tree!
I am so jealous, wish I could grow fresh lemons. I love hot tea, never had black tea though. As a matter of fact I have had no tea at all for awhile now, just haven't made any but I know not why. Sorry I have not been around to read your wonderful posts much of late but my blogging interest has been very low of late. Right now there is just nothing going on around here to blog about. I can't come up with wonderful blog ideas like you do. Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. Hugs
How fun to have a lemon tree! Like your March header, Sandra. :-)
Looking forward to seeing your home grown lemons. Our little trees grown from pips will never have any lemons, but they do look interesting. That tip about drinking hot water for a bloated stomach is a good one. I remember my Grandma telling me about that. The old, natural remedies are the best. Lemon juice is so versatile, too.
If you can grow lemons where you live, I am moving there.
Sandra - I would love to have some tea - with you! And your fresh lemons. What is that brand of tea called and I didn't know about the bloating either. Thanks.
That's a great tip for bloated tummy, will definitely try that one. How nice to be able to grow all sorts of things where you are, even lemons ^_^
I am a typical coffee drinker, but can enjoy a cup of tea every now and then.
Have a great weekend!
I willl look forward to the progress of your seeds! I love tea with lemon, even without a bellyache.
You know I like me a nice cup of tea! But I've never tried it with lemon before.
xo Catherine
Have you managed to find your mojo yet?
i love to drink green tea with fresh squeezed lemons especially early in the afternoon.
how fun to have a lemon tree in your garden! i am so jealous. lol!
and i really like your pretty stuff in the bottom of your barrel.
Thanks for the tip that hot tea would cure a stomach ailment cause I sure could have used that one last night, but then it would have been too dark to go out walking. I settled for some ginger ale instead. And, I too wondered why black tes is brown...one of life's mysteries?
