Back yard flowers Summer 2004 |
Every adventure requires a first step, trite but true, even here... Cheshire Cat, Alice in Wonderland
My adventures in digital photography started with dog photos and a cheap Kodak Easy Share.
For lack of MOJO, I have decided to share some of my favorites, that are stored on DVD, Don't fret, I have 2 drawers full.

I love the shadows ...I could post for months just going through old photos
Love your hrader
I often cringe when I look back at MY old photos. I think you started with a lot more talent than I began with!
I'll look forward to seeing every one of those photos--right after I finish going through our son's 3000+ photos of his trip to Egypt last September!! Bring 'em on.
Best,
Bonnie
Love the cat rainbow effect...
Still smile, when I see your header. :-)
Happy Spring!

I like the rainbow colors in the cat. And I to tell ya that my MOM likes going back and looking at the photo's she's taken.
Blessings,
Goose
Beautiful. And don't you fret, either. You never let us down.
BTW, I can't tell you how much easier life is since you got me started on Feedly! Thank you so much.
You won't be lost for a post then Sandra. lol
As for the ginger cat on my last post, I know what you mean about the bones hurting, you should hear me getting up after being on the computer for an hour or two. lol

Back again. :-)
You commented in my blog. I commented there also, as a kind of a reply to yours. (I don't use the Reply thing, so I am copying this, here in your blog.)

Sandra commented above; "...blogs are fast becoming a thing of the past with the new twitter, facebook and other social sites taking over."
Dear Sandra, I am standing firm! -grin- I refuse to believe that blogs, like in Pretty Blog Land, will die out. I refuse! -grin-
I know what you mean. But see what you mean, as mostly younger people... Younger than the demographic of Pretty Blog Land.
Sure, there are younger people in Pretty Blog Land, and they probably have FB, etc. But, with luck, they won't desert Pretty Blog Land.
I hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

I love your bunny header....your mojo might be missing but your creativity has spiral upward!!
Hugs Madi and Mom
you will not be shy of mojo for long. :)
I am so anxious to see flowers to photograph this year. It's been a looooonnnng winter!
Great pics! Just goes to show you...it's not the camera, it's the eye behind it. Love that crystal cat!
I'm glad you have plenty of photos in your archives. The blossoms in your first photo are beautiful, but I like the cat in the shadows of the second.
Beautiful flowers! And very appropriate for the first day of Spring. I love the contrast of the kit-cat too.
What? Only 2 drawers full?? Come on MadSnapper - me thinks you are holding out on us. ;) HugZ!
I love the second photo. Plenty of mojo there (whatever mojo is supposed to be - I have to confess I don't really know!)
I know that anything you post will be interesting, beautiful, fun, and, well, just plain great!
Oh, these mums are so pretty. I am looking forward to some more from your archives, Sandra.
YEOW, the second one is AWESOME!!!!! The rainbow lit cat, the shadows, so many majorly cool elements to this...boo hoo that I do not have the vision that you do.
Love that first photo.. The colors are GREAT... My pictures from 2004 are not nearly as good as that one.
Hugs,
Betsy
Bring on all the photos! I've missed a lot and am looking forward to seeing them! You still have mojo! :)
Love the flowers and colorful kitty!
Neat rainbows on the cat! I bet you do have some incredible archives : )
wow, 2 drawers full of mojo?...lol I'm lacking big time.
Those flowers are really pretty and I like the crystal cat with the light reflecting through it
I love your new header picture, very nice.
These flowers are gorgeous, vibrant colours.
Enjoy your day!
Never fear, Sandra will be here!
Oh heck, now I have an old Door's song that mentions Mojo stuck in my head. Not a problem, I love The Doors.
The Cheshire Cat is my favorite character in Alice in Wonderland, love that quote. I will take beautiful flowers no matter when they bloomed. Your last shot with the cat and shadows is beautiful.
Did you start blogging in 2004? I love the way the crystal shines in the sun. Sandie
Very pretty!
xo Catherine
Love all your photos whether they are new or old. Just saw your note about the sideshow going. Leave blogland for a day or two and come back to more changes!
Your photos when you click on are still big and easy to see so do you publish big sized photos first so you get a good result when a viewer clicks to enlarge?
these are really gems, sandra.
i especially like those beautiful blossoms in the first photo.
and that crystal kitty is so cute indeed!
