PicMonkey Addiction -PART 1

While playing with black and white and a drinking glass... YES! this is a TRUE statement. I snapped the above photo. Yes, I know it is not black and white, BUT I did use black and white and color.
Any hoooo.... below is Whimsical Fantasy of what can be done in PicMonkey with a NOTHING PHOTO

Above as it looked from camera, below is 2 click to make it better, and YES, I know it is still not a good photo, but I did kinda sorta salvage it. I am poking and prodding in PM to see all the new things they are adding...

Sandra, it is amazing what fun you can have with simple things and you show us all what imagination and creativity and fun it is to "play" with photos.

You are talented to try all these techniques. It is raining cats and dogs here this a.m. Hopefully, it will slack off some before we reach north GA.
Hope you will enjoy your day.

So cool!!!!!!

How did that glass within a glass appear, I wonder? I know, if I keep staring at it, it will come to me. Sort of like an optical illusion.

Yeah, saw that! Blaming a poor innocent rodent, for weather! -grin-

I found an old post, from 2008, and we had a snow storm on Mar. 28th that year. I am coming to the conclusion, that THIS is weather IN my neck of the woods. And I had best, simply LIVE WITH IT. And stop *bitchin'*. -grin-

Looks like a fun place to work with your pictures. I feel that in editing, all that matters is that you,the photographer likes the end result.Oh,I know there are right and wrong ways of doing things, but sometimes we need to colour outside the lines.

I will admit I learn a lot from you. Your very kind and eager to share all the how too's. So glad to be your blogger bud.

These are totally cool, the aqua sparkly butterfly one and the shadow one. I use Piccy for my photos, but even if I bought this cool stuff on PicMonkey, I wouldn't have the vision to use it in the right way, woe is me!

Lovely shade of green and the butterflies...Mom WILL HAVE TO SIT down ASAP to check out PicMonkey.
Phil needs to be kicked to the curb for lying.
Hugs madi and Mom

I was taking glass photos a couple of days ago, too. I think that says something about all the snow we still have ... as in cabin fever!

jp@A Green Ridge said...

Great discoveries, Sandra! I just found PM not long ago and still have to "play"...:)JP

I love PicMonkey and Photoscape, too. It's really fun to take a so-so photo and turn it into something really neat.

As for ole Phil, I'd like to wring his neck! It's supposed to snow quite a bit here. It's already started west of us.

I look forward to seeing more of what you have learned to do on PicMonkey.

Ha, when I saw the top photo the first thing that popped into my mind was, "MadSnapper's been playing with the toothpaste!" Then I scrolled down and saw the glass. I love the fantasy pic.

I saw that Phil had been indited just before it started snowing here on Friday. I would be willing to testify that Phil got it wrong.
