What She Did Next....

See the little flame man climbing up the 12 inch match? He and I were singing this song..

I'm a little fire bug, short and stout,
Light a match up and hear me shout...

When I finished burning the sparklers, there were all these tall matches, just begging to be burned.

OMG, that does look like a little fire man. That one match didn't burn down very far did it.

Oh my gosh....I've found another pyromaniac like me. I love watching fire burning and will strike a match and watch it burn all the way down. :))

I'm glad you put some of those tall matches out of their misery by burning them and getting these neat pictures.

Oh my gosh, it does look like a little man made of fire. From your post and reading the comments it looks like there might be several of us pyromaniacs in Blogville. I love your new header photo!

I have been a firebug since I was real young...grew up the first few years with a wood cookstove. Before I started school, I can remember hollering for mom to come and get me...I would sit at the end of the stove and stick little bits of wood through the, well, can think of the word...but you open it to control the draft...you can see the openings if you look at the picture in this post:
