Do you know what the above is? answer at bottom of post.

The above is the top off a Frosty from Wendy's.... anyone know why the lid to a frost has a hole in it? we can't figure that out.

Love your art!

I always take the lid off my Frosty and one of the cats ends up licking it!

You are quite the artist. No idea why there is a hole

Love your artwork! I thought the lid was to keep the overflow from running down the side and you can eat it through the hole.

You should start making illustrations for children s books.

I think so you can eat it through the hole. When you have a long lounge like mine it's easy.

These are beautiful, Sandra. And I would have thought the hole was till you could use a spoon if needed.

They have a hole so you can use a spoon or a straw. They are good aren't they?

And I love your little changes on the photos.

Yeah, it has a hole so you can stick a spoon in it, and yet it's kinda protected from spillage.

That first one is my absolute favorite. LOVE IT!!

yup - keeps it from overflowing but allows for spoon use. :) not that i've had a frosty in YEARS!

(but jack-in-the-box has the same type of cover for their shakes - and i've had one or two of those in the last 5 yrs.)

They usually put a spoon in the frosty through the hole.

I too believe the hole is for a straw or spoon to slurp-up the Frosty's goodness :)

its been hot n humid this week but today is cooler.. yea :)

I never had a Frosty, so I have no idea. But I do know about whimsy stuff and I loved this post for it. You have such a creative mind, it is, well, mind-blowing!!!

Now you're being cute instead of scary :) Your answer at the bottom of the post wasn't of much help to me, though. Well, not until I looked it up anyway. (We have no Wendy's here.)

Oh my GOSH!!!!!! SERIOUSLY???? These are amazing, stupendous, wonderful, whimsical, colorful, and totally cool! And here's the thing, it looks like you started out with nothing, no picture?? How are you doing that, they always ask you to load a picture first. I need to go back and really look at it, I want to do this stuff!!!! I think my favorite is the first and third. I am going to put aside a whole block of time to play, expect help e-mails (hopefully not!) As to the Frosty...by law a fast food place HAS to put a lid on every drink, hot and cold both. Even if you tell them you don't want one, they have to put it on then you take it off yourself and throw it away. But since you have to eat it with a spoon, they make the opening huge.

I love your whimsical play time. Those fish are really cute and they all look like they belong in a book
I just thought the hole in the lid was so that you could eat it without taking the lid off and it kept it from dripping

you are fun! I guess the hole is there so you can spoon it out without spilling it. I had a homemade peanut butter and chocolate shake today, delicious!!! And a barbecue plate for $3.99! It was at "the cookout" in Cary...I will be visiting there again. :)
