there are many lovely photos on Powel Crosley Facebook if you are interested in how this home is used. Below is a photo off FB taken in the room above.
I borrowed this photo of a car from Wikipedia and there
is much information in there about him.
The End of my photo's from Crosley

I love the second bedroom, they're all huge but I love the colours in this one. And what a cool car :)
LOVE the bedrooms - really like the soft colors in the second one. And yes, that's a really neat car!
What a magnificent place. I love to see the bride photo - isn't her waist tiny??
Beautiful.
Once again I am reminded how I dislike window washing.
It's the first time I have heard of the Crosley family and it's achievements. Odd:(
The rooms are so empty but gorgeously preserved.
Oh my, I LOVE LOVE LOVE that third photo! Can't I live there?
That's definitely a different interior design then I'm used to seeing. Very well textured.

Such grand rooms! Lovely.
And I'm with you on the 100-400 lens down below. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have?? Oh to be rich. ;)
Happy weekend Sandra!

i like the various window treatments they used to cover/frame those arched panes. :)
Very stately and elegant ~ unlike my living room. lol
I just love all those windows. So beautiful.
Those were some very beautiful rooms! I will have to say though that I did notice a binder clip on the window of the first picture! lol That was one of the first things I noticed.
Very nice and lots of windows. I especially like the second one with the green tapestry!
Facebook has a wonderful fish eye lens shot that is so beautiful, plus outside shots at night with the windows all lighted up. So it is used for weddings! How perfect. And I assume tours, because of your shots. I love the first one the best because of the arched windows. And that gorgeous lattice door. But I would not choose the wall colors or drapes that they use.
I love the windows and the brick floors. Those window treatments are beautiful, too. I wouldn't mind sleeping in a room like that!! :-)
what a beautiful room and a perfect spot for a bride's photo shoot
Wow, those rooms are impressive!!!! A little too fancy for my tastes though!...:)JP
These rooms are so not my style, but very beautiful to look at! I love the arched windows. Do you think they'd let us take a spin in that roadster? lol! I didn't think so, but wouldn't it be fun!
I think I could comfortably sleep in this year.
I meant to say room. It must be later than I thought!
That house is so beautiful. I really like the red drapes that match the rug. Crosley was definitely a prolific inventor but that car had to be his coolest product.
You could get lost in those rooms. I'm sure a bride would love to have her wedding reception in this house.
Loved all the bedrooms. They are so spacious and have wonderful ventilation. Car looks wonderful!
Another awesome blog with pictures.
Now if I had the body and the money to go with that tint, tiny gorgeous dress. La.la.
I bet that is not any little pricey.
Beautiful rooms and great pictures. Wish my floors looked that clean and shiny. Hugs
