Good Fence Thursday...

I did a drive by of a few fences because my Kia has AC and I can stand the window down for 90 seconds... Above is a purely decorative fence.

This adorable home built in the early 1900's is special to me.. In 1992 I listed and sold this house. The reason it is special? The sellers were moving out of town and had a beautiful and oh so sweet Cocker Spaniel that they said they could not take with them... Much like this one I found on Google Images

I made them promise not to take her to the pound and I promised I would find her a home...
I talked about her at my office, everyone said NO... next step bring her to the office. She went straight to one of the men sitting at his desk and a few minutes later his wife got a big surprise, because Buffy found her new forever home.

2 bedrroms 1 bath and 1024 square feet of Adorable. I loved the house. Below is the view of the property from Google Earth.

That is a darling house! (and fence) and what a great outcome for Buffy. I don't know how people can move and not take their pets. It had to be heart wrenching for them. So wonderful that you found her a home.

I love bungalow's. This house reminds me of my grandmother's although it was white. Love the fences, too, but what I really loved was hearing Buffy's story and how she got her new home!

What an adorable little cottage! My husband is a realtor and when we help a family with one of the biggest decisions of their life, it is so rewarding. Love the fence too, it matches the house and bring sit all together. Thanks for showing us this adorable cottage Sandy, have a great day! ps: So happy Buffy found a happy family!

It's really a cute house and I love the story of YOU saving a beautiful life! So who bought the house? It is so small, maybe seniors or newly married? I love that fence!

Hi There, Just stopping by to say "Happy 4th of July".... Hope you have an incredible weekend whether you are traveling, with family or friends --or like us, just enjoying being home! We hope to grill a couple of steaks tomorrow. Our weather here is awesome right now...God Bless American --and God Bless YOU.

Love that little home... I love the size (now that it's just the 2 of us) --and I love that yellow color... Glad you helped find a good home for the Cocker Spaniel... My last dog (Duchess) was a Cocker --and she lived for about 16 years. When she died, a piece of me died also.

Hugs,
Betsy

Cute house! I like the windows. What a sweet story about the spaniel. When we got a dog, our puppy chose us--the rest kept their distance, but one came and tugged on my shoe laces. I didn't know they were connected to my heartstrings. Thanks for reminding me of that sweet memory.
