I did a drive by of a few fences because my Kia has AC and I can stand the window down for 90 seconds... Above is a purely decorative fence.
This adorable home built in the early 1900's is special to me.. In 1992 I listed and sold this house. The reason it is special? The sellers were moving out of town and had a beautiful and oh so sweet Cocker Spaniel that they said they could not take with them... Much like this one I found on Google Images
I made them promise not to take her to the pound and I promised I would find her a home...
I talked about her at my office, everyone said NO... next step bring her to the office. She went straight to one of the men sitting at his desk and a few minutes later his wife got a big surprise, because Buffy found her new forever home.
2 bedrroms 1 bath and 1024 square feet of Adorable. I loved the house. Below is the view of the property from Google Earth.

Great fence...but the best was the story about Buffy!!!...:)JP
That is a darling house! (and fence) and what a great outcome for Buffy. I don't know how people can move and not take their pets. It had to be heart wrenching for them. So wonderful that you found her a home.
Cute little house with a picket fence. I'm so glad Buffy found a good home!
A sweet home and an even sweeter story about Buffy finding a good home.
a great fence and property and an ever better story about Buffy.
OMG I think that house is adorable!
it is a precious little thing! so glad you could help out that sweet pup!
Great fences...and A/C. Gotta love it.
And glad to read that Buffy was forever loved by his new papa.
Fence is pretty but I loved the success story about Buffy! Good on you for caring and ensuring that dog was homed properly.
Nice fences, but oh my what a wonderful dog Buffy is. How perfect that she found a home too, she is adorable.
cute house and fences....and cute doggy. :)
It is nice to know that I am not the only one who takes photos from within a car.
What a beautiful story of Buffy's furever home!! Love the fences too
Hugs madi and mom your bfff
I love bungalow's. This house reminds me of my grandmother's although it was white. Love the fences, too, but what I really loved was hearing Buffy's story and how she got her new home!
What an adorable little cottage! My husband is a realtor and when we help a family with one of the biggest decisions of their life, it is so rewarding. Love the fence too, it matches the house and bring sit all together. Thanks for showing us this adorable cottage Sandy, have a great day! ps: So happy Buffy found a happy family!
It's really a cute house and I love the story of YOU saving a beautiful life! So who bought the house? It is so small, maybe seniors or newly married? I love that fence!
LOL! Yup - it would be very hard to resist such a sweet face! Glad pup found a good home.

Hi There, Just stopping by to say "Happy 4th of July".... Hope you have an incredible weekend whether you are traveling, with family or friends --or like us, just enjoying being home! We hope to grill a couple of steaks tomorrow. Our weather here is awesome right now...God Bless American --and God Bless YOU.
Love that little home... I love the size (now that it's just the 2 of us) --and I love that yellow color... Glad you helped find a good home for the Cocker Spaniel... My last dog (Duchess) was a Cocker --and she lived for about 16 years. When she died, a piece of me died also.
Hugs,
Betsy
Terrific fences! And what a good thing you did finding a good home for that little pooch!
Great little story about Buffy! The home and fence are charming. Great shots!
I so much want to live in that sweet little house and my favorite color is yellow!!!!
Looks like the perfect retirement cottage for a little old lady like me!
Hi Sandy, lovely pictures of this pretty home and I enjoyed reading about your memories of it. I am glad you found Buffy such a good home. I am back from our holiday in Europe and have enjoyed catching up with you today.
What a cute place, but so tiny! I like that white picket fence too.
I love the little house...but love the cocker story even more.
What a neat story. You not only sold the house, but you found Buffy a home. Well done!
What a nice story. I loved story's with happy ending.
Al houses are great with the fences.
I love the story about Buffy. She knew who she wanted to live with and knew what to do to get there.
That little house is so cute.
Cute house! I like the windows. What a sweet story about the spaniel. When we got a dog, our puppy chose us--the rest kept their distance, but one came and tugged on my shoe laces. I didn't know they were connected to my heartstrings. Thanks for reminding me of that sweet memory.
Beautiful fences, love the house!!
The fences are nice and the house is cute but Buffy and her story are the best
Pretty house and fences. I am so glad there was a happy ending for the dog.. Thanks for sharing. Have a happy 4th of July!
