City Walkabout - Misc

Found Foto Fodder - Forgettable Fotos by MadSnapper

Many types of ferns grow here in the ground and will quickly take over if not managed.

Below Whirlygig is one of about 10 plus in the yard of this home. Every time i see them madly twirling in the wind,

I wish my mother could see them. she loved things like this. In fact she once wired a dozen pink plastic flowers on her dead of winter Azalea bushes.

Yes, we do have duck crossings and they are so cute waddling and holding up traffic.

I like that boy sitting on the wall - how big is he?? I like the mushroom too... And the duck xing sign. Less keen on that whirly thingy perhaps... or at least I don't think I'd want ten of them...

Amazing takes.

I enjoyed the walk! That is a cute duck X sign. Those pots with the raised design remind me of grandma's.

Love your "fodder".
The little statue sitting on the bricks is so cute and the series of posts is so simple but eye catching.
You always manage to find such interesting things in the every day-ness of life.

I love the dick crossing - I don't think about that happening in Florida too much.

Your walkabout turned up some great photo ops. I really like the whirlygig. We have duck crossing signs too but not as cute as yours.

I love that mushroom. Can you imagine the interesting shadows you would get if that had a candle burning inside it?
No duck crossings in these parts but when we visited Wade's son in Virginia, they had a family of ducks that would cross his yard every morning and then back again in the afternoon
