In The Dark....

notes for writing a post

If you found this on your dresser, would you have a clue what it means? I jotted this down In The Dark one night when it popped in my head for this post.. for two days I was In the Dark while I studied it trying to recall just what it meant...I even read it to Bob.. he shook his head... no answer...

Lubriderm ART by MadSnapper and PicMonkey

Lubriderm advanced… super for very dry skin… But… Only If You Use It... Sound Easy?

For me there is a Narrow Window Of Usage..

I can’t use it before I clean my glasses (been there done that, causes smeary lens)

Can’t use before I go in the YMCA pool. (They scream if  we leave an oil slick)

When I shave my legs, I put alcohol on them and by the time I wait for that to dry, I forget to use the Lubriderm..

I could Use It when I come home from the YMCA (but there is the memory thing, or lack thereof).

I can tell you Do NOT put it on and sweep the deck…. (My legs looked like I rolled in a sand pile… )

And there you have it... that little bit of gibberish was all of the above. IN MY HEAD.. or NOT...

UPDATE: due to several comments about Lubriderm not working, i want to say I LOVE IT LOVE IT... it does exactly what is says it will. It removes dead skin cells and the skin is like a baby butt... I saw it on a doctor talk show..It is not its fault I can't remember to use it.

BOL and it sounds like a product we can do without. Have a super Saturday.
Best wishes Molly

I've left myself similar notes before and wondered later what the heck it meant.
Obviously that Lubriderm isn't as advanced as it claims, otherwise it's window of opportunity wouldn't be so small :)

We suffer from the same disease--forgetfulness. Wish they made a pill for that, But then I would forget to take it.

You are just intensely funny. LOLOL. I love getting my chuckles at your blog. I use two lotions I really like - both fragrance free: Curel, and Gold Bond. They're both WONDERFUL!

This still has me laughing. You are sooooooo funny!!! Thanks for my morning chuckle. You would make a great writer for a comedy show.

Thanks for the smile today.
I've written things like that too and can't figure out my own gibberish.
Actually I have written things like that when it's perfectly light out..like now I have the word tickets written down and I haven't a clue why I wrote it.

I can read your note!! At least most of it. "Lubriderm...narrow glasses pool time and dry shave wait alcohol. I have so many moisturizers, maybe I have this! My skin literally peels off me. I have the same deal!!! I NEED to rub it on, BUT I am getting ready to peel an onion or potatoes...I am getting ready to shower anyway...I need to use a remote...I need to use the computer...I need to use the phone...the only good time is when I am settled down for a long bout of T.V.

My Hubby used to use only Lubriderm for his hands. It does work.

All very interesting, but can you tell us why you put alcohol on your legs before shaving? If it melts the hair and you don't have to shave, I'm all for it! I thought about buying some Nair a few months back and put it on my grocery list. When I discovered it has quadrupled in price (like everything else!) I decided to pass.

you're so funny! I've never tried Lubriderm, but I may now. I'm curious, what does the alcohol do for your legs?

Jotting down notes is a good idea and they say good for the brain

That's some pretty good scribble for the middle of the night. Your mind must never sleep.

HAHAHA I forget to use skin cream all the time. Always hurrying! But I do like that Nivea. If I like something I am better at remembering to use it! Sandra, my dear...YOU GET ME LAUGHING SO HARD AT TIMES!

Well, this is precisely why I don't write things down In The Dark. But your explanations make perfect sense. Good luck with the memory thing. LOL. Mine has flown the coop.

I think you did pretty well for writing in the dark! I got most everything except Lubriderm, which I can see plainly now. :) I use Equate ultra absorbing, and I have the same issues- but the biggest one is hand washing dishes three- five times a day..it tends to defeat the purpose. So I keep a vaporizer going..that works wonders.

Gee Sandra sometimes my notes to myself look indecipherable even though I have written them in daylight! And, I also have skin softening products that work...if only I remember to apply them!

What I love is that you write notes to remember things you want to blog about. - Great idea. I'll keep a pen and paper next to the night stand from now on.
