Surf at Longboat

this photo is a combo of surf and a bird photo from yesterday. can you tell i added them using PicMonkey

The foaming breaking waves were only about 5 to 7 inches tall. They look like big waves because I used my long lens to zoom in close.

The color on this one is the true aqua green of the surf

I stood calf high and aimed at them as they broke around me...

What detergent do surfers use to wash their clothes?

"TIDE"

How do surfers say Hi to each other?

they "WAVE"

It's been more than 20 years since I've felt the tide splashing against my legs. The water looks so pretty.

Lovely pics, I love the sea but wouldn't stand calf deep in ours at the moment, it would freeze your feet off. lol

And, actually no, you can't really tell the birds have been added. Good job.

They do look like huge waves! Beautiful. I'd love to be there, stepping into that water, but not today. It's sunny and warm here... Finally. :-)

No way!! I thought the birds were enjoying the surf!! Gosh, you could probably do anything with your pictures, and I would believe it and think it real.Love the waves, you got really good shots. And the jokes go just perfectly with them!

You are so clever! I am missing the ocean and waves and seagulls. A near future painting will be one of sky, sand and surf! If I can't be there - I will just paint it!

I would never have guess that you had altered the first photo...and love the color in the one you say is natural.
