The other excuse for playing with fire on a hot summer morning......
Testing to make sure the Coolpix will be able to handle the Christmas Lights.

Wow this post came up just as I was reading the last one. I can hear that you are excited about your new camera. You are better than I am at reading the manual. My new Sony's manual is online and huge. I just access it when I want to know how to do something. Bill reckons that camera manufacturers are so clever these days that automatic is all you really need. They build in everything you need. Have fun. Be careful with the candles............we have had so many house fires in the district this last winter with many being killed.

Fire macro? There is a macro setting specifically for macro? You know you really don't need to make excuses for playing. We know that it's necessary to play so that you can bring us fun and exciting blog posts. You go ahead and keep right on playing because I want to see more

Lovely lights and glow, Sandra. You go ahead and play, just be careful as Diane says. I can imagine that cameras today allow you to get good pics even on Auto. But like you, I enjoy exploring my options. Have a great day. Jo

Good Morning, Sandra, you are a firebug. I hope you are careful while playing with the fire. I think you and your camera did well with the lights and flame. Have a happy weekend!

You have lite up my lite to your blog.

I am suffering the last days with a slipped disk.

Lower back. Good old cane gets me to a to z. Only a ouch experience to get up and sit down.

My doctor and other doctors won't sign paper for a

Chiropractor which I had used before. Bummer. They prefer other alternatives.

Anyhow your blog is my first look and comment.

Your new camera is delightful for you and your pictures Sandra. Beautiful.

I'm looking for the post about the camera, but I enjoyed this visit too. I want to check out the camera online, see what it is all about and of course how much it costs.

My you were brave with that match in the 2nd shot. I would have been blowing it out so as not to burn my fingers. Cool shots.
