Good News -

Above is the orginial photo, the 2 below have been PicMonkeyed by yours truly.

My MRI is scheduled for Wed, the 25th at 10:15, prayers for my claustrophobia please.
I am thankful they made it so quickly, that it is an Open MRI and that it is 4 minutes from home which allows Bob to drop me off and come back... I can't drive because I will be Drugged by Valium.

This is NOT my dress form, wish it was and that I could wear that size dress. I found it in the foyer to Hobby Lobby. UMMM 30 percent off and it is STILL 70.00.... and it is  a decoration, not a working model. Would you stand this in your house? which room?

I think I would move it around and dress it up a lot, maybe add a Halloween head of some sort just for fun.

I have a horrible rubber mask in the guest room. I noticed when my grandson stayed last, he removed it! Some things are just too scary to be in the room when you are trying to sleep.

Hand in there!

That is good news about the MRI and you have my prayers. Loved your photo effects. I am not sure which room I would put it in. I will be decorating one of our bedrooms sometime. Maybe that room.

you've got my prayers for the MRI. I would like to be skinny enough to wear that dress but I wouldn't put that dress form in my house. Not my type of decoration. Not to mention I'm too cheap to pay that much money for it...lol I like your vintage edit of the picture though

The dress form is pretty but not something I would have....I can just see the cats climbing it! lol
Love your photos.

Ohhhhh yay for not having to wait 87 years for your MRI....
That is a beautiful dress. Does anyone have a waist that small?
Madi(son) D. Cat would have the dress skirt shredded, the bow untied and
probably have it knocked on the floor....so no I would not put it in here.
LOL

Good morning, I think you will be fine with the open MRI. I will keep you in my prayers. The dress form is not really my type of decoration and we are trying to downsize our collection of things.. Happy Monday, enjoy your new week!

Fancy dress, worn only by toothpicks. Lol I wouldn't bring it into the house cuz I'm trying to get stuff Out of the house. Praying for your MRI experience. I have them give me headphones with talk radio turned up full volume to distract me from the loud machine and then I keep my eyes closed. Hope all goes well.

I will be driving home from Galveston on Wednesday and will be praying for you! I had a dress form that I used to dress up! Orginially I actually used it for its intended purpose back in my sewing days. It was donated to Goodwill just last year after a long 30 year life here. IMy house is so full of debris - I just didn't have room for it anymore!!
Picmonkey is one of your favorite pets!!

Keep your eyes closed and imagine the space to be larger than it is. ;)) I don't need any more decorations, thank you. ;))

Prayers being sent for Wednesday!!

I can't even imagine where I would put a dress form in my home...perhaps next to the sewing machine still residing in the unopened box it came in? :-)

No room at my house for it...even if I had the room, I doubt I would want it.

I will be glad when the 25th is done and over with for you. I hate that you are claustrophobic....

It isn't my decorating style but if I could fit into it I would make it my style. LOL. Good luck with the mri. Happy Thanksgiving.

Very creative Vintage shot! You will do fine on the MRI table.. unless you keep your keys in your pockets. lol

I would have to think about that one. I like what you did with the pics though. Prayers for your MRI and thank goodness for Valium!

Praying that all goes well with the MRI.

There are many things in this world that are worse than an MRI. It's just a machine. It won't eat you or hurt you. It will help you. While you're there in it just think of all the things you might do with that dress form! It will be over before you know it and you may come up with a fantastic idea!

I liked the comment about Pic Monkey being your pet. Right on. Wish I had thought of that!

And yay for getting back your mojo--and YMCA (from previous day). Isn't that just a happy song? I like the dress form, complete with dress. It would be stunning in a sewing room, but there's no room for "extras" in our space that have no use other than to stand there and look good. And certainly not at that price. I can think of lots of things I could get with that!
