Emerson Point.. where is Jack?

Bob pointed at this giant strangler fig tree and said LOOK UP... the tree went up and up and I said Where is Jack? His answer was.. Jack who?   You know The one that lives on the Beanstalk.... click on photos to enlarge for details.

Maybe this guy that was subathing on the trunk of a 100 year old tree is named Jack.

A familiar sight inout forests too. Has the host tree died and just left the strangler fig?

An amazing old tree. The little lizard looks so small yet it must be enjoying the peace and quiet up there. Plenty of scope to climb, but it must be like a cliff face for it.

A gorgeous old tree, love trees! Jack is a cute little lizard, I like how he casts his shadow. Just so long as the Jolly Green Giant doesn't climb down ;)

Hi Sandra, I love trees and this one is magnificent! I would have had the same reaction from Grant if I'd said: Where's Jack. Ooh!
