Almost Wordless Wed..Civil War Enactment

the train we were one got caught up in the battle, the rebel soldier below was shh to me, I was hanging out the window taking photos and they were sneaking up on the Yankees. Since I am a Georgia Rebel, I was very quiet.

I love how you made the pictures sepia. Just like they were during the Civil War. Which was very uncivil. This has got to be the most awesome job for guys.

Great photos! And good fit you for being quiet. General Longstreet would be proud! I love reenactments: all the action without the death count, stench of swollen rotting corpses or devastated families. And great idea for sepia tone!

Awesome photos you captured and I love the edit. I often marvel at how hot these men must get in those uniforms.

Those 'boys' look like they're having so much fun!
Good for you, Georgia 'reb.' My heart's always been on the side of the South.

Wonderful pictures.

Andrew and I used to attend any reenactment we could find...Civil War, that is.

It would be fun to watch this enactment, knowing it was just that, and feeling safe. Good job again with the photos Sandra.
