This might look like I changed it to black and white and painted in the color. this is out of the camera. it was early light outside and I used my flash. it turned all black but the color.. I love these antique Santa's and have had them for 32 years. They were old when I bought them. Made In Japan.. anyone remember that?

I love out of the camera surprises. Yours is neat with the Santas accented.
Hello, I love the Santas. Very pretty! Happy Wednesday, enjoy your day!

Hugs Madi and mom
What a great effect! Edited but NOT! So cool!
Love your Santas. That old look of the Occupied Japan and Made in Japan have a special look about them. I have a lot of figurines packed away from that era. Somehow when we moved (almost 10 years ago now) they never made it out of the box. Oh well someday the kids will dispose of all of our "treasures".
Really like the treatment of flash on the shelf. Have a great day.
I like them, too.
Fascinated by your description of how the photo turned out. Have a lovely time and I will catch up with you in 2017 Sandra.
There's something about their eyes that support their Japanese origin. :) Your deer are beautiful and the picture came out really good.
That's cool!
Ya, as a child I recall everyone sneering at the "Made in Japan" stickers. Like it or not, now I equate "Made in Japan" with quality!
your photo is so crisp and the color is so vivid...so pretty! I love your santas!
