This is the fishing pier on Riverwalk, downtown Bradenton. This is not the train trestlebut a fishing pier that is maybe 300 feet from the trestle.

If you were to ask me how big is this specific ocean, my answer would be,
could you be more pacific?
We live in Manatee County and this is the Manatee river, not an ocean, lake or gulf.
Can you guess where our name came from?
Did you know that playing cards in a submarine, is just so much bridge under the water?

it's so pretty there especially next to what it looks like here right now.
Hello, Sandra. Your riverwalk is a pretty spot. I love any view of water, it does not have to be an ocean. The first shot is my favorite, I like the view of the pier and sky.
Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!
Ohhh Manatee sightings that most be exciting
Your water pictures and sky are gorgeous...
Hugs Cecilia
Beautiful!!! Absolutely beautiful!! [and love the ripply reflections of the pier]
so pretty, Sandra! you're on a roll with these gorgeous water photos. I saw my first manatee when I was three. we had moved to Winter Garden, Florida and my parents bought a boat for us to stay on the weekends in Titusville. the manatees would pop up all around the boat and we called them "sea cows". :)
How do I love this, let me count the ways. The wonderful reflections. Reading the rules, everything makes sense. The awesome lines, both vertical and horizontal. The manatee sign. The pier up in the air all raised.
absolutely beautiful! that first shot is my fave.
happy saturday/weekend!
I love your happy happy attitude- you always make me smile. Thanks!
So pretty! Right away, this pier reminded me of the one in Punta Gorda on which my father took me fishing (ca. 1960).
One-and-done, but the memory must've stuck!
Lovely shots.
That is a lovely fishing pier.
