I made a list of cleaning that needs to be done. I am choosing one thing per day.
First on the list dirty kitchen windows. I cleaned the kitchen windows inside and out, and the glass doors, one thing led to another and I swiped the glass table, the glass on the stove and on the microwave.
Can you find my helper/inspector?
I stood back to admire my work, and saw the shadows through the window, even with the screen the glass was sparkling. I love the sparkle of sun on glass or twinkling lights on glass or candle light on glass. I also love shadows..
My kitchen makes me smile now. Inside and Outside
I decided upon reflection that it was all just a pane.....
I sat down in the rocker to enjoy the sunlight and glass and reflect on the shoulder/back pain my clean panes had caused. My inspector joined me.
and now so have YOU!
I do not want a job cleaning mirrors, it is just not something I can see myself doing.

Looks like both you and your inspector are exhausted now. Now to keep them clean, inspector must be kept from a closer inspection by licking them. I love the brilliant clear glass and the blinds. Your table and chairs are so pretty anyway. And the brilliant green glass vase gives it all a big WOW moment! It is one of the prettiest vases I have ever seen. Love the tree shadows through the checkerboard pane.
Good Morning. I love how pretty and shiny everything looks. Your inspector is cute as can be! Love the funnies too. Hope you have a happy weekend.
Isn't Jake a sweetheart to lend a hand with the work. Even if it was just in a supervisory capacity. Everything looks so wonderfully clean. You can also reflect on a job well done
What amazing reflections and shadows!! Of course, you also had a very handsome snoopervisor!!
Gorgeous! Looks like you reflected on your list and acted. I love the sparkles!
Hugs Madi and mom
Hi Sandra, I love your inspector. Glad he got to rest after all that hard work of supervising you cleaning the glass. Amazing reflections on your glass table! Rest up now. Jo
It's the pain at the end that puts me off doing chores but they have to be done, love the shadows, beautiful.

I wish I could clean our windows!! We've done it ONCE in over 10 years...thing is, we have to tear down the hurricane shutters that are bolted on. Not fun. So, guess you could say, "I Don't Do Windows".
More power to you.
We just started tackling the garage. Ugh!! And, Ugly!!!
you can't see yourself cleaning mirrors?! lol! cleaning windows is one reason I don't like two stories. I don't want to have to hire window cleaners, you know? I'm still desperately looking for a ranch style home. :)
your glass looks marvelous. the views from your kitchen are so pretty! sunshine and shadows make me happy. :)
Hello, Sandra! Pretty captures of the reflections and sunlight. I like the shadows too. Your inspector is my favorite. Happy weekend!
I found your inspector! and your pool that is open in January.... oh my how I miss the sun, we haven't seem it here in at least two weeks. Now you have inspired me to clean the glass around my house.... well, maybe! lol I tis such a pane... (love your play on words!)
I take it your inspector does not leave muddy paw prints? Mine would and do. Your house looks so nice and bright and Jake is living the life, I see. I so hope your eye gets better. My SIL has struggled with one of hers after the same surgery since last April. It's good to be back and talk to my old friends again.
Your home is so lovely, Sandra ... no wonder you smile!
Have-ta ask what is it you use to dry the sliders? Newsprint, perhaps? We've the worst luck with streaking; easier, some days to close the verticals!
Great job. You inspire me! Your windows are sparkling!
Clean and sparkling glass is lovely, but right now, with the kitchen in a turmoil, not much is clean and sparkling at my house.
I should do that...I didn't used to need lists so have never done them. but I do need something now...
What a great way to make all your nooks and stuff shine when the light gets in. And your inspector surely was warching out for your well being. He knows who prepares the food most days.
Looks great! One small project each day keeps a house looking good.
