Wi I believe I can Fi

My house is full of Wireless Wonders and as I type this I see I misspelled it on the above art piece. OH WELL.   I have phone, kindle e-reader, Samsung tablet, laptop and desk top computers. ALL are wireless. At any given moment 3 of them are on.

Daniel
I recently noticed the words "video chat" on my FB messenger.. I wonder how this works?

Wow, Voice and Face.. Tap Tap Tap and  I called son Daniel... he answered and I could see this face and he could see mine. Hi Mom! he says... I can't talk, I am AT WORK??? it totally  slipped my senior mind that I am retired and he is not.
Sorry Son..
David

Then I called my daughter in law on her phone because son David has no phone and she did not answer because she had no idea what was ringing.
I tried again and she answered  and up popped her face and she quickly tapped video as I explained what we were doing.
Hi did you know we can talk to each other and see at the same time? they do NOW.. we even fit  both their faces on their phone screen together.
Then two days later they called me from their tablet and my tablet made this HORRIBLE loud noise and Bob yells something is wrong your gadget in here...it's screeching..
.
And Then..... I decided to call my friend Carole in WI.. she answered and we were talking and decided to see if we could video chat 3 way with her grand daughter. We could talk 3 ways but only see two of us... for many minutes we poked and prodded and laughed and called back and forth.

I did NOT know this Fact.. the PHONE was on in the kitchen, and I was in the bedroom on the tablet and each time we tried something it was screeching and ringing and squawking the phone which was only 15 feet from The Male Watching Football. Bob is yelling down the hall WHAT ARE YOU DOING.?  ... who knew that if you have 3 gadgets ON they will all ring and carry on.
If only I could afford an Ifone for both sons and my friends we could do the easy peasy FaceTime. Donations anyone?

I am thinking that if we were getting married this Feb 8th 2017 instead of Feb 8th 1985,
the Justice of the Peace would have to say I pronounce you Man and WiFi.....
My answer is Wi-Fight the inevitable?

By The Way... I included the date of or 32nd anniversary Just In Case anyone
wants to donate Ifones

This is classic Mad Snapper!!! So funny! I don't know how any of you did this, it is so beyond me. If there is anything to find, you will find it. And learn it. And DO it. AND master it. I have all that you do, except no reader. I love the Man and WiFi pun. Your son is CUTE!!!

Its good to see you keeping up with the latest technology. Its not always easy, sometimes downright frustrating and other times loads of fun. Our family use FaceTime all the time. I didn't realise that it was only available on iPhones. Yes when we send messages to our family group all the iPads and iPhones in the house keep pinging. Our wifi is awful at the moment. Our telecom company gave us a new modem and ever since the wifi is crap. I can't even get connected in my bedroom which is annoying if i want to check instagram before I go to sleep. No wifi in bed for us.

You amaze me with your skills! Too funny about Bob hearing the squawking etc. Who knew! Love the puns. Hope you have a nice day.

Man and Wi-Fi...LOL you crack me up. This is pretty cool that you can do the video chat but I'm betting I would have a hard time hearing it. I tried to play a video yesterday on my tablet and wondered why there was no sound coming out even though I had the volume all the way up. I turned the tablet over and held it up to my ear and low and behold there was sound but if I turned it back over so I could see the video I couldn't hear it any more. I'm so pitiful....lol

Hello Sandra, it is not good to interrupt man and his football game. I have not used face time, I might scare who over is on the other end. Happy Monday, enjoy your day!

Laughed out loud. Facebook's answer to Facetime I guess. I like it because I can use the computer keyboard. I have a love/hate relationship with the onscreen keyboard on my phone.

Once I had my kindle in the bedroom and couldn't figure out why my music file had somebody talking in the background. My blue tooth speaker in the other room was chirping something from another source.

If it were up to me, I'd get rid of all this electronic stuff and go back to the simpler times. I like the stuff, sure, but I'd rather be out and about without the distractions of modern day issues of wi-fi, and bluetooth. LOL

We have bluetooth hook-up in the car, and when someone calls, it's always scaring me when I'm behind the wheel.

Enjoy it tho, as by your post I guess you are!!!

Love you sense of humor. I am not very tech savvy but I have a neighbor, and gk's who are, thankfully!! I'm just glad we don't have to pay for long distance calls anymore with my family spread from coast to coast.

MS this is so funny! OMW I'm loling my head off.
Mad Snapper is now the Mad Dialer. My daughter and I FaceTime...and I love seeing her sweet face..that is when one of the cats is not standing right in front of the iPhone.

Don't have a cell phone. Have a computer on its last leg. Always need your help to fix anything...I think I am obsolete.

Your new header is adorable!
That's crAzy about your gadgets protesting in DIS-harmony. Who'd have guessed?

So far, I've shunned any attempts at Facetiming friends and relatives. Heck, at day's end and weekends the last thing I want to do is put on my cosmetics or style my hair before yakking. Maybe I could be like those NFL fans years ago who'd put paper bags over their heads?

Oh yes video chat is cool. Using what's app on cell phones of any make lets one video chat calls just like ifone hehe. It uses wifi so no long distance fees.

Hey Sandra, let me know if you get any donations cause our anniversary is coming up too :-) We have Apple products and can FaceTime but really don't do it much because other family members work like your son and some are too tired when they are not working.

I LOVE your rendering of your phone and tablet. I'm glad you are finding new ways to communicate with your loved ones. Occasionally, one of our grandkids FaceTimes me, then drags me all over the house with a lovely view of the ceiling. Presently, I'm looking at my own ceiling, feeling like an upside-down turtle (but with longer legs). I would like a New Year's do-over--without the muscle spasms.

I finally put Skype on my computer so we could talk with Amber and Dylan on Christmas Day. I really enjoyed that and I like seeing the bigger screen! Great way to connect and it made me very happy.
