Photos taken on morning laps around the pool. No rain, no grass, no water in the rain barrel.

Outside Inside - opposites attract. So far only a white moth for us this season.
The shadow shot outside your kitchen is lovely Sandra. The Gulf Fritillary is exquisite. Great photos!
Hello, Sandra. love the inside and outside images. The sunlight in the kitchen looks lovely. How sad for the butterfly, it is beautiful.
I hope the drought ends soon! Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!
OHHHH MS you know we love shadows too and especially coming in your kitchen window. The butterfly is gorgeous
Hugs madi and mom
PS mom almost called you this morning..MOLMOLMOL
she 'lost menu bar'. LOL but as per usual it was operator error she found it by keeping her cool....
I love the shadows and sunlight thru the window especially. I've told you before, but mother always said "the sun is my friend (because she could see better with sunshine).
So very sad about Dory. She was so precious. We surely loved and miss our pets, don't we?
I love your sunlight shots...I need to take some like that to have on cold dark days of winter. I would have proof that it exists!
Nice photos for inside/outside. I tend to notice the patterns that shadows make at different times of day. Have a beautiful weekend.
Don't you just love when the light comes through the windows or doors to play inside the house! Sometimes makes things really interesting. I have a window on my front door and when the light comes through and the flag out front moves with the wind, Dakota just sits on the couch staring at the wall it reflects too! Earth Day....I planted some plants, no trees! oops.....Hope you enjoy your Sat.
What a beautiful butterfly. We don't have that kind up here in the cold north.
Sandra I love the shadows inside and out. Too bad about your drought, we have had 3.5 inches of rain in two days, wish I could share some of it with you. Every day should be earth day!
We are just coming out of a long drought. I hope for rain for all of us that need it. Sad about the Fritillary and all that suffers during drought. I love shadows on the wall... shadows from the leaves of our Oaks and reflection of water.
Beautiful shadow shots in your kitchen! My mom had a dinette set much like that.
Good link about the 22 things. It doesn't take a herculean effort to make a difference.
Great light play inside and outside your kitchen. I hope you get rain soon. Will have to check out the 22 Facts...
