Just Sayin...

New recipe, Sauté in Olive Oil Peppers, Chicken, Garlic with black beans on a bed of riced Cauliflower.
We topped it with our favorite Salsa and the recipe said Greek Yogurt which we skipped. Recipe said use onions, we prefer garlic.
I am down 24 pounds now, by just eating healthy foods.

Bob struggles with cracked heals, I  grabbed everything in sight... the Miracle that worked is the O'Keefe's Healthy feet, I now own one for me. No grease, no wearing socks, no slipping on tile floor and can go to bed right away... nothing on sheets and it Works.

Stop bleed will be another post coming soon.

Congratulations, you have amazing willpower! The food looks good! I used to use something called Pretty Feet when I was a teenager. Phil had cracked heels really bad. Our podiatrist gave him Gormel Cream. He said it works awesome. Of course he has not tried it yet.

Congratulations, Sandra! And thank you for the Healthy Feet recommendation. For people with diabetes, especially, this will be so helpful.

Hello, Sandra! Thanks for the Healthy feet tip, I am glad you found something that works. I have the problem in the winter with dry skin and my hands. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!

Congratulations on the 24 lbs...and that food looks delicious.

I will have to remember that about the feet. Though Roger's does not get as bad as it sounds like Bob's gets...

His fingers do the cracking real bad...you know how they do around the fingernails in winter. Well, maybe you don't. Anyway, our solution that really works for that is to rub chapstick or blistex into the cracks.

Also, when you have a cold where the nose gets so sore from blowing it, take a tube of Blistex and rub some on the finger, then rub on the nose. Magic!

Yummmmmmmmy that looks divine!! Is your class providing recipes or are you finding them on your own. WTG Bob is eating them too. 24 pounds I'm so proud of you. Thanks for the info on O'keeffe's

so happy for you!! that meal looks and sounds yummy!
I'm glad you did this review. I will be buying the healthy feet for hubby's cracked heels. I may even use it in the summer. I live in sandals and flip flops come spring and summer and I have to give myself more pedicures. :)
give Jake a hug for me. :)
hugs,
Marie

I heard the O'Keefe stuff was good stuff. The meal looks amazing and congrats on the weight! Congrats, congrats.....yay. I am still on my chicken, tuna, fish, egg protein meals. Beans and rice are still a no, no for me. Can't wait till I lose more and I can start adding things back to my life. Proud of you.....

It's so worth it.

Thanks, Sandra, for the recipe tip and huge congrats on the weight loss and healthy eating. We still struggle with weight loss but not from not eating healthy, but perhaps too healthy at times. And most likely the glass of wine with dinner is not a help as well. I have had problems with cracked fingertips in winter weather, but this year was not that bad. Hope the O'Keefe's product continues to work well for you and Bob.

Congratulations, Sandra. You are an inspiration, especially the way you create healthy and tasty food. I could eat that plate sans chicken and be happy. Sorry I've not blogged or visited for days; just finished with last red-tape of my document losses yesterday. I'm back! Blessings Jo

Congrats on your 24 pound loss! That's super and in a relatively short time, too. Or so it seems to me. I need to be eating healthy because of diabetes which isn't too bad yet. But lately, I've been so hungry and wanting everything I see. Not good. Keep up the good work!

I wonder what it is that causes cracked heels. I have this problem on one heel only, strange.

Great job on the weight. I'm struggling to get back on track with my diet
I could have used that stuff to stop bleeding the other day when I cut myself at work

Yeay, you!
That chicken looks SO good and I love cauliflower. I'm going to look for that in the frozen food aisle this weekend. (I tried cooking some to mash in the slow cooker a few months back, but it was seriously awful. All the garlic in the world couldn't make it palatable.)

PS - O'Keefe's is definitely going on my shopping list. Thanks for the tip!

That looks great, and congratulations on the weight loss. I like cauliflower in any shape or form, and have enjoyed it riced. Yes, O'Keefe's is going on my shopping list too, thanks Sandra :)
