Publix Tree

I always park as far always as I can and in the same parking spot at each place I visit on a regular basis,
This is MY tree when I visit Publix, Bealls or Dollar Tree. I love this tree.
Do you park in the same spot over and over? Do you sit in the same place in church?

I am a creature of habit so yes, I park my vehicle and my butt in the same spot all the time. Or at least as often as I can since there are times when someone has beat me to it and then I have to park next to, in front of or behind my spot.

Yes, like you and Ann, I'm also a creature of habit. Ironically, I thought just that this morning when I swung into the parking spot which Grant always used at Parkrun and which I've continued to use. He, being practical, chose it that many months ago, because there is also a little tree throwing shade. I continue to do the same!

Hello, I always try to find a space where I can pull right out instead of backing out. I do love the tree. A shady spot is good too. Enjoy your day!

I almost always park in the same areas. Like Eileen, I hate having to back up too!

It might not always be the exact spot but it is always on the end and as far away from other cars as possible. We try to avoid dings

I park where I can find a space closest to the entry - and sometimes that is far away. It's a VERY busy car park. I don't have an attachment to spaces in the way you describe. I do, though, have a level of fondness for certain trees; like the one in my neighbour's garden which I love to watch through the seasons. YAM xx

You've such a knack for striking a common chord in our lives! Unlike Tom, who wastes time circling and circling (and circling) the lot to find the closest dang spot to the door (grrrrr!) ... I prefer to park the furthest away and call it exercise. :)
Yes, when I was working I had a favorite spot; and would get unreasonably annoyed if someone had the audacity to park there.

If anyone's keeping score, I'll always try to find a pull-through parking space. Have a great day!

I always park in the same spot at the grocery store and I sit on the same pew in church. Very much a creature of habit!

I'm such a creature of habit...yes we do try to sit in the same spot at church, partially because we save 2 seats for our friends. One friend is almost blind and that way they can find their seats easily.
Love the gnarled tree...Dave and I would call it a Poetic Tree.
Thanks for the compliment on my blog post. Dave doesn't like taking photos too much and just did that picture of me on his phone...handy and easy to post.

Funny you should mention that. Yes, at church we do sit in the same spot and I try to park in the same space. Only at church though well, at work too i guess. Such an interesting tree, I can see why you like to take pictures of it.

Hmmmmmm.......no, I guess I don't and neither does Louis Dean. We seem to do things differently all the time. At church we sit where we find open seats and park where there's an available spot. Just call us wild and adventurous!!

Have you talked about that tree before or am I just thinking that. I do try to park near the same place so I don't forget. However you park far away to walk! Cool.

That tree has a unique beauty to it.I park in the same general area most of the time and do sit in the same spot in church, most every Sunday.

I don't always park my car in the same spot but we do tend to sit in approximately the same pew in church. When my childhood church was changing to an oratory where people can go to pray, my siblings and I decided to go to the last Mass there. Brothers got there first and they sat on opposite side of church from where we sat growing up. Even after all those years it just felt so WRONG. They still have funeral masses there when the deceased is being buried in the cemetery behind the church and I always sit on the right side of church (which happens to be the left side!).

I use to sit in the same spot at church. I can't say I park in the same spot but it is always a spot where I won't be dinged by someone else's car! So often it is far away. I prefer an end spot!

I haven't got any car to park, so can't answer that! Don't go to church regularly enough now either, to have a particular favourite spot... But yes, I think I do usually choose sit in roughly the same section :)
