The Wedding Of The Day

Guess what I am doing today? are YOU?????

I am watching the Prince son of the Princess, Marry his American Princess.... and watching the almost King of England walk her down the aisle. What could be more fairy tale than a King walking a princess down the aisle to her Prince?????

OH YES!  And YES I watched his brother marry his princess also... Did you?

I have watched every episode of Suits, and never even had an inkling Megan would be come a princess..... I spent my childhood buried in books, in fact all my life buried in books. I loved ALL Fairy tales and until my LATTER years believed in Cinderella finds her Fella, and that Rapunzel let down her hair for the Prince, and that a Princess could not sleep because there was a pea under a dozen mattresses.  I also believed Snow White was saved by a kiss from her prince and even JANE was rescued by her prince TARZAN.... and in the wild, wild west, every cowboy had his cowgirl and lived happily ever after.....I LOVE "Fairy Tales...Magical and extremely happy"....

I follow the Royals. It would have been good to have gone down to my home county of Berkshire, but Windsor will be crowded and I think seeing the whole event on live television will be just as good. God bless the happy couple.

No, I won't be watching. I haven't seen any of the royal weddings. I just never had an interest. I obviously don't know anything about the bride either. Is she an actress? Is she on the show Suits? I have never watched that show either. I sometimes think I live under a rock...lol

Diana is so beautiful!

I like Harry's American bride. She seems to be a good match for him. I wonder why her father is not giving her away?

Good morning, I am watching the wedding now too. I always loved Diana and I think Megan will be a wonderful princess. I never watched Suits. I think the children are adorable too. Enjoy your day!

I had never heard of MM until the engagement (have never and will never watch said show). I am not a fairy tale person. Neither am I a royalist. However, I must say, the two young princes have impressed me in their attitude to life and in seeking to modernise the outdated institution. Harry in particular - and from what I have seen and heard of Meghan they are well matched for their love of reaching out in the true spirit of charity. I switched on a few minutes ago to catch the core of the ceremony and was just in time to catch Bishop Michael give his very American address... that got a few staid British bumbs wriggling in their pews!!! Love with the capital 'ell' spewing through the fire of his words.

The importance of such role models cannot be underestimated. May that Love shine long. YAM xx

Oh yesssss I watched Charles and Diana, Will and Kate and Harry and Meghan.
Prince Charles and I are the same age so I have followed his goings and comings for a very long time.
I never watched Suits didn't even know who Meghan was until 2016 when rumors of her dating Harry started surfacing. Ya for her!!She was a beautiful bride as just like Di and Kate!!

I've gotta be honest. (Unpopular, perhaps, but honest.) I've no clue why, but I just don't 'get' Meghan. (Nope, I've never seen Suits.)
Certainly, she's an exquisite lady and looked like a Class Act ... but I much preferred Catherine's dress. No matter whose nuptials, that 'fairy tale' pageantry ALWAYS gets to me!

Diana and Charles' wedding is right up there in my best-ever televised moments. I crept downstairs at some awful hour wrapped in a quilt and sat on the floor inches from the TV screen ... wads of sodden Kleenex all about. I adored Diana; and to this day, it's hard for me to look at Charles and not want to make a rude gesture. LOL.

My favorite moment this morning was seeing little Charlotte waving. She may be my favorite royal. :)

Like some have said, I had no clue who Megan was until the engagement. Never even knew what "Suits" was...I guess I live under a rock too.
I think she is classy and seems to be a great match for Harry.
Things about her lifestyle probably have some of the Uppercrust perplexed but I do believe the Royals will be the better for her being in the family.
I binged watched the weddings and histories of each of the Royals last night. Enjoyable...

I do love Fairytales too. I sometimes wish I could have a Magic Wand to solve my problems...(:0)

There's nothing wrong with believing in "fairy" tales Sandra because sometimes they DO come true and a woman becomes a princess and gets the dashing prince.

I was up at 1 am watching this lovely fairy tale wedding. I have been a fan of the Royal's ever since Princess Diana got married. Yes I watched William and Kate too. I've always been a romantic and the Royal family does them so well.
I've never watched suits. I am thrilled for the two of them. I do believe Diana's boys have found their happily ever after's.....
