kitchen b and white

This Photo Because I could

Do you sink into despair when there are dishes waiting to be washed ?

Last time I cooked, hardly anyone got sick... Heh Heh Heh

This plant has been hanging in the corner of the kitchen since 1989... it has been repotted 3 times.

Did you know if you throw a piece of the above plant on the ground in Florida it will grow to the top of the tallest tree? The leaves will be 8 to 12 inches long. It also spreads on the ground and will completely cover what ever gets in it's path if not stopped.

Anything goes when the Nikon is set on black and white
Did you know fresh pineapple is the treatment for Gout? Since Bob has been eating it and fresh cherries, NO GOUT.....

Each one is perfect for black & white; classy! The Pothos is perfect for the corner! Amazing how plants take off and grow there. You have the same faucet set that we have!

I wonder if fresh pineapple would be any good for arthritis, I think gout is a kind of inflamation isn't it?
Love the bust, it looks a bit like Bob. We have one that looks like Tom.
I must post it sometime.

Your camera takes some awesome black and whites. The plant looks a lot like the one I have in my dining room. It was Wades from before we were married. He was the one who always watered it and took care of it. Now I'm trying extra hard not to kill his plant...lol His isn't as full though and the pieces hanging down look scraggly. I ended up draping them around the pot in a circle and it looks better.

Yes I've been eating pineapple and drinking pineapple juice. It doesn't cause reflux like orange juice does for me.

Cool collage! That expression on the bust's face, lol! (It does look a lot like Bob.)

… gotta scoot. Grand's wedding's at 10 o'clock!

Hello, Sandra

Pothos is looking good. I like your B&W photos. I was just reading up about the benefits of eating pineapple. I read there are many good reasons such as eye and bone health, blood pressure, lower cholesterol, boost immune system, digestion and cold and sinus. But eating too much can cause tenderness in the mouth.

I will have to try the fresh pineapple for Dave. His gout has returned or really it never left.
He's not fond of the tart cherry juice so that's a battle....Wish the cherries were in season longer.
Love your black and white shots too. You have a lovely kitchen.

Your Pothos looks great. I definitely need to eat more pineapple!

That's interesting about the gout and pineapple. I'm glad it has cured Bob's gout problem. Sounds very painful. These black and white photos are a touch of elegance. You have a very pretty home with lovely displays also.

Is the lead that will grow beyond your imagination called Kudzu? We have that here and it is everywhere. We imported it from somewhere as a ground cover for the GA red clay - it can grow over 12 inches a day and it covers everything. So now they have to remove it! lol

I certainly learn something new every day, Sandra, including the cure for gout and about a plant that can take over just by being thrown on the ground! And yes B&W is great!
