Bloviator Report

Each morning, five days a week, hubby and I step down into this pool at the YMCA! We are first in the pool always, which gives this view because the lights are still coming up.

After Bob's surgery, he stayed home for two weeks, and I went alone. When he is with me, I am not allowed to stay and TALK... when he is done in the shower room, we leave. This puts us home at 6:30.
The first time I went alone, I walked in the door at 7.

He said Where were you, I was about to come looking for you. Really? was my answer. I was bloviating TALKING! and I would have talked longer, but new you were expecting me.

I bloviate with the front desk person, after bloviating with 12 of us waiting for her to open the doors

The sad news is, the pool has been closed, I created this the week before it closed.. Its waiting for us. I hope. I miss my TOPS and my YMCA fellow bloviators... but I still have YOU.. I hope

I'm sorry. So many are missing their important exercise! I'm glad you have a pool, even though it is a lot smaller though. And you don't have your chatting buddies. The pictures are great, I'm trying to think of a few words to describe them. Industrial comes to mind, don't know why.

It's sad that the pool is closed. The photo is beautiful with the lights, reflections, smooth glassy surface of the water before anyone goes in to swim. It's a good way to exercise and relaxing. It sure will be a happy day when it's safe for people to return and you can chat with your companion swimmers which is part of a pleasant experience. You must appreciate your yard pool. Have a good day both of you.

The reflections in that water are awesome.
This having to stay home is hard on a lot of people. Those 4 days I was off I felt very isolated.

Hello,

The pool photos and reflections are wonderful. It is hard to stay home, but the risk of catching the virus is worse. I am a quiet person, my hubby is the talker. Enjoy your day!

Yes, Sandra, you do have us fellow bloggers and you can bloviate, talk, rant as much and often as needed. The pool and gym in our mill apts are also closed as are other area gyms.

Good morning ... I bet you Do miss your TOPS. It's gonna be a long time coming for some normalcy again.

Your comment today, I responded. But there still should be some agreements between our government/Congress. And soon. And retirees may lose social security, no income for workers, etc. They need to help the majority before the whole country shuts down.

Oh, yes, you couldn't get rid of me if you beat me with a stick!

Sorry, you're stuck with me!
"Wherever you go, whatever you do, we're gonna get through this to-gether. You for me and me for you, la, la, lala, la la …" -- (Betcha Bob can finish this for me.)

Cool illusions; it took me a while to figure what I was looking at!

How funny, you are just like Errol was, always talking away about nothing to people he didn't know and would never see again, while I was like Bob wanting it to end. Errol was from the South also, New Orleans. I've never been but I think it's a common thing there, friendly talks with strangers.

The photos you created are stunning!

Yes...rest assured you will always have me to bloviate with...
I do miss my routines so much and those I gab with on a regular basis.
So grateful for my computer and how it does allow me to "chat".
I am on a ZOOM link with my son for his photography meetings.
Its a fantastic outlet for likeminded people.
I positively have to brave the bank today. Gotta do it...
At least it's not raining today but it sure is chilly...low 40'sF. now.
Did a lot of steps and exercise this morning. Trying to get that weight to continue to drop.
Praying for patience and contentment as we wait out this horrible thing for our Nation.
Take care Friend,
Sue

You still got me!! Oh my gosh My husband is the same way. We actually drive separate to church because I like to talk and visit with people afterwards and he just wants to go home haha But like your YMCA we can't go to church, the doors are closed.
I'm so bad about exercising, if I don't have a gym class to attend where a trainer is directing me on what to do then, well nothing gets done. I'm gonna be so out of shape when everything resumes.
Hang in there!!

Haha - you can have me!
I wish the pool was open for you.
They closed Rick's flying field and he is very whiny.

Hey is there a way to turn on spell check for comments?

Yes you still have us :) but I'm sorry everything has closed down. It's nice to socialize and have a chat face-to-face.
